I had an excellent stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa, my first hotel in Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, the staff—especially Lucy, Rosie, and Tracy—were extremely helpful. They provided clear guidance on where to exchange money, purchase a reliable SIM card, and recommended local attractions such as Train Street.
The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, which makes it very convenient to explore Hanoi on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops just outside the hotel.
My room was very clean and comfortable. While I didn’t use the spa, it looked very inviting. Breakfast was enjoyable, though a wider variety of options would make it even better.
Overall, the combination of excellent staff, central location, cleanliness, and affordable pricing made this a wonderful choice. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.
