위치나 청결, 직원들의 친절등 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다.

로비가 공사중인걸 몰라 당황했었어요 지하주차장으로 다닌것이 좋지않았습니다. 로비가 없어 불편했습니다. 그런데 직원들이 너무 친절해서 하루지나서는 잊어버렸어요. 이번주 공사가 끝난다고 했으니 가격대비 좋으니 추천합니다. 지역이 다니기 너무 좋았습니다. 모두 걸어다닐수 있는것이 제일 큰 장점입니다춪

Clean and kind

The location was great, room was clean and modern and staff were so accommodating. Upstairs pool and bar were great to escape the heat and busy city.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Usually when I stay in a city I like trying different hotels but if I come back to HCM I’m definitely staying here again. The rooms are clean, and beautiful, and stocked with anything you need. The lobby and restaurant are so clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast was delicious and the best we had at the many hotels we stayed at for our travel. The staff are so courteous and attentive and kind. We highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed

The hotel was stunning as was our room. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a drink by the rooftop pool on our first night but a foot injury prevented me from swimming. The staff were very attentive at all times and super helpful.

Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety and very delicious. The rooftop infinity pool with sauna and the pool bar are awesome- so very nice to be able to relax there after a hot day. Very surprised not many guests were taking advantage of that facility.

We stayed for 7 nights, location was excellent, room was very clean. Love the bathroom. We received free upgrade to the family suite due the the construction's noise. The staffs were amazing friendly, polite, helpful and super attentive. Rooftop bar was incredible, the infinity pool was nice. I would like to thank to: Phouc, Ryan's and Phat for making us feeling so comfortable, and their local resource/assistance. Com On!

Overall, room condition and staffs are nice. However I am not comfortable with hotel policy about the agreement form to be signed before staying. There is a clause saying that I need to pay extra VND700k if there is additional person during my stay, and I was confirmed by the receptionist that I was the only person during my stay. That sounds extremely uncomfortable to me as I should have paid 2 people pricing in Hotels.com website already. Why should I pay additional charge for second person? I feedback my concern to receptionist, they explained to me that it is because there is different charges for 1 or 2 people staying in the hotel, but there is no such option in Hotels.com that I can choose I am single traveler. Hotel should able to identify which customer has paid full amount of 2 people during the stay, and which customer doesn't. And this clause shouldn't standardize for all customers because hotel management still has the rights to get money from single traveler such as me, if they find any additional person is staying with me during my stay in the hotel. Besides, the soundproofing of hotel is bad as my door was knocked by hotel staff saying that my sound was too loud and I was having phone call only. I am pretty sure that my voice would be much lower than baby crying. For those travelers need quiet place, this hotel would not an option for you.

Breakfast is a nice surprise. Nice hospitality from staff. But WiFi still feels outdated.
