We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the fitness center, rooftop terrace, and swimming pool, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was also very good. While the selection is not the largest, the food is of high quality, fresh, and delicious. We looked forward to breakfast every morning.
The location in District 1 is perfect. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, yet it is within easy walking distance of popular attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and the city's more vibrant areas. It offered the ideal balance between convenience and tranquility.

Yummy breakfast buffet with a variety of Vietnamese and Western-style options. Friendly and attentive staff who always greeted me with a smile. Rooms are well maintained albeit walls are on the thinner side so would hear my neighbours’ conversations sometimes at night but I fall asleep easy so it wasn’t an issue for me. Rooftop bar is great for cooling down during from the intense heat of the city.

Absolutely loved this hotel, staff were so kind and welcoming, our room was spacious and there was a lot to do and see within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the rooftop pool and bar were gorgeous! Beware the beds are very hard and firm (although we had this problem in other areas of Vietnam as well).

We loved our stay at Kin Hotel. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city sights, getting on the hop on hop off bus at the Opera House but easy walking distance to a lot of the sights too.
It was great to get back and cool off at the roof top bar and pool, and the staff here were extra friendly. Great vibes.

The KIN Hotel was a nice surprise in that the rooms were as nice as depicted in the pictures, the lobby was impressive, the staff were friendly and it had a great rooftop pool and bar. The location was good and easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the river. We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be very enjoyable.
