남자 둘이라 트윈룸을 예약했는데 프론트 직원은 모르고 있었슴.침대 하나 더 놔준다고 해놓콘 라꾸라꾸 베드를 놓아줌. 간이침대는 너무 딱딱하고 불편한데다 방이 좁아서 다니기도 불편할 정도로 불편했슴.그나마 프론트 직원은 친절했슴. 여튼 잠자리가 너무 불편해서 좋은 평가를 줄수가 없슴.

有名なトレインストリートまで徒歩２，３分とかなり立地が良いです。 スタッフもとても親切で快適に滞在させていただきました。

the hotel is small but staff very helpful and dynamic. The large room was good and the smaller one adequate, We came as a group of 5 and double booked, the staff cancelled one booking to help and was diligent to search for one member which had delayed arrival. The area had some construction nearby and was dusty, the location otherwise was ok. Having 2 doors and 2 addresses were somewhat confusing.

Room was very clean, breakfast was amazing. The staff could do enough for us, helped us with transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba . Will definitely come back

Great location and affordable pricing. Room was a little small and with no windows but that is quite typical of old quarter hotels i think and worked well for us as an overnight stay before transferring to Halong Bay. Staff were wonderful and really kind, breakfast was hearty and a good start to the early morning transfer!

We checked into our room and it was not 100% what we thought it would be. Also the shower seemed to have some type of mold. Its obvious they tried painting over it. When you took a shower in their you could smell such strong chemicals. Like they bleached the whole shower to make sure we did not niotice the mold. We checked out the next day. Booked another hotel. The staff were so nice there but I am not going to tolerate exposing my family to those conditions. Breakfast was good though, staff were friendly. great location. But not for me.

A well-located hotel on the southwest edge of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, close to St Joseph’s Cathedral. It’s quiet at night but still within easy walking distance of livelier spots—about 5 minutes to Train Street cafés and 15 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake and Beer Street. Plenty of banh mi stalls and local restaurants right outside. Rooms are spacious with a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast offers a solid mix of continental and Vietnamese options. Staff are consistently friendly, greeting you warmly each time you come and go.

The hotel is located in the city center so very convenient with plenty of restaurants, stores, and grocery shops around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit outdated but is ok. My only issue was the mold in the shower. Everything else was fine

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My son and I spent three wonderful nights at the San Premium Hotel and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we made our first enquiry, the hotel's communication was outstanding — prompt, helpful and reassuring, which made planning our trip so much easier. The staff throughout our stay were a highlight in themselves. Courteous, attentive and genuinely warm, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A particular mention must go to the team for arranging a private day trip with a driver to Lang Son on our behalf. This was an important visit for us and they handled the logistics seamlessly, allowing us to focus entirely on the experience. Our room was spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of the Old Quarter, the hotel is within easy walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market and all the main attractions Hanoi has to offer. It is an ideal base for exploring the city. We would not hesitate to return and wholeheartedly recommend the San Premium Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. A truly memorable stay.

飛行機の遅延で深夜に着いたが部屋を広い部屋をグレードアップしてくださって、思った以上に良かったです。 中心部にも徒歩圏で交通も便利です。 料金が安いうえに最高の体験でした。

We booked a halongbay cruise with the hotel which gave a transfer back to the airport for free which is great. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Recommend

Absolutely would recommend staying here. The location is great; a short walk to train street. What makes it special is how kind everyone is, especially Aimee and Mike; they are literally amazing, from suggestions to taking care of us through all of our stay. Hope to see you guys sometime soon.

the hospitality was out of this world. Paul & Mike were great. the beds were super hard....all springs. I'm knocking off one star due to the bed. Knocking off another star due to construction next door that really, really bothered us every morning
