직원분들 나름 친절했고 객실도 넓고 편안했다 조식도 맛있었고 저렴하게 택시투어부킹까지! 우리의 여행이 밤기차를 이용해 하노이로 이동한다는걸 알고 떠날때 도시락까지 챙겨주신것들 너무 감동해서 ㅜㅜ hue는 시작부터 마지막까지 완벽했던 여행지였다 hue는 사람들도 너무 좋고 음식 또한 너무 맛있었다 다시 가고싶은곳이다

건축한 시기가 조금은 오래된 호텔이지만 내부장식에 목재를 많이 사용하여 고풍스럽고 안락한 느낌을 주는 객실이 좋았으며, 아주 부드럽고 따뜻한 침구 덕분에 잠을 편안하게 푹 잘 수 있었다. 아침 뷔폐식 식사도 종류는 많지 않았지만 음식이 깔끔하여 마음에 들었으며, 2016년도 첫Check-in 손님이라고 미리 준비한 선물을 건네고 기념촬영을 하는 손님맞이 방식도 좋은 인상을 주기에 충분하였고, 종업원들도 매우 친절하였다. 전객실이 각각 다른 구조를 가지고 있으므로 예약할 때 찬찬히 살펴보고 마음에 드는 객실을 결정하면 투숙시 만족도가 더 높아지리라 생각한다.

Staff were extremely helpful, helped me book a tour, and prepared food for me when I had an early checkout in the middle of the night to catch a bus. The breakfast had a lot of options for various food preferences. Great location. The only area for improvement was my room, AC was not really working and it was very hot, but I had a short stay so it was okay and I’m pretty sure the other rooms were fine because I could feel the AC when I walked by open doors. The restroom mirror/counters were not very clean but everything else was clean (floor, bed, sheets). Overall would recommend to anyone staying, good price, great location and wonderful staff. Worth the stay I would go back.

Not what we expected from what we saw online. The room was ok but didn’t have iron/board and had a weak AC. The shower also made weird noises from the drain. Nice job decorating the hotel but will stay somewhere else next time.

Excellent, very respectful and attentive service. Rooms beautifully appointed and spacious. Restaurant very good for both breakfast and dinner. This is a very welcoming, luxurious and well run hotel We used the hotel's travel service for 2 days at a very reasonable price. On the first day, we were driven around to visit the royal tombs, the pagoda and the covered bridge. Our English speaking guide was great, suggesting lots of stops once he realised we are keen photographers. On the second day we had the same driver Mr Huynh, this time for a transfer to Hoi An, and he drove well, again making several stops along the way.

Good hotel around 15min walk to night market/drinking street. Road closes in the evening so good. Everything we needed for a short stay but I stayed on the 11th floor which can be noisy in the morning as restaurant is above. The view of HUE and room balances it out. Recommended for a short stay away from the night market.

I'm not sure how this place has such rave reviews, it is pretty average Don't come here if you want to use the facilities - we tried to use the gym but it was hotter than a sauna in there every time. You have to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on (the remote is kept in the office next door), but it is already so hot in there that the air con does nothing. Even after 20 minutes, my treadmill said it was still 37 degrees in there! I had to stop as it was just too hot. Not sure why they can't just keep it a cool temperature so it's actually usable. As for the pool, it is much smaller than photos, there's nowhere to sit next to it and it's next to a huge kids play area - not exactly relaxing We were also disappointed in the food - the breakfast choice is enormous, but not particularly nice, the bread was stale and fruit wasn't fresh (we wondered if it was leftover from the before, since there's so much food it can't all be eaten). Staff are friendly enough, and rooms are a good size but it is 3 star at best.

Really nice hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and there was a lot of space. Wifi a bit slow but was workable. Really amazing buffet breakfast on the 12th floor with great views of the city. The only drawback was the noise. I’m not sure if it is always the case but every day I was there..from about 5-9 in the evening there was literally the worst karaoke happening. It sounded like it was just on the other side of the wall to my room and let me tell you it was loud. I was generally out doing stuff all day so this was perfectly timed for when I got back and just wanted a bit of time to chill before going out again in the evening. I’m not sure if the whole building could hear it but definitely the 4th floor can. And again, not sure if this is an every day thing or just because I happened to be there around the holiday. Otherwise really good stay

Excellent hotel, great location, walkable to many places and attractions. Lots of places to dine and shop. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Room is big with a bathroom that is well sized, came with a stand alone shower and a bathtub. Good bathroom amenities. Staff are friendly, smiling and greeted us everytine we crossed paths. Buffet breakfast had a varied menu with local, asian and western options along with a wide variety of drink options. Very happy with this hotel and well worth the 4 star rating, i would stay there again just make sure you book thanh lich boutique hotel as there's another hotel called thanh lich that is in a different location.
