I want to commend the staff at the buffet breakfast. They were all always on the lookout for items running out on the extensive buffet, and replenishing supplies as necessary.

Awful, from start to finish. Check-in we booked a premium sea view king size bed room. We were given a king size room, tiny, dark, window view of the back of some metal staircase and carpark (no sea view). The woman deputy manager was completely dismissive and blamed the “online apps”, also said “you can’t have booked a room that premium just a few days before”, “hotel only has 35rooms so my hands tied”, then after pushing we managed to get a better view, but a significantly smaller bed, none premium, leaking bath, mould in bathroom. But I had no choice but to accept this. We complained to the woman deputy manager who said “10% off eating here is all I can offer”. Then eventually 20%. We booked to eat at the Ruby restaurant which we have to admit the food was stunning, compliments to the chef. Waitress was a lovely girl. On paying, the deputy manager waltzed in and tried to give a 15% discount. On complaining we sorted it. I really feel the chaos was down to this deputy manager. We met 5 other rooms who said they did not get the room they booked. This can’t be an accident. The others had complaints of mould, room wasn’t cleaned when they arrived, refused a fan as it’s “not allowed”. One family explained the hotel had changed hands and since it has become horrendous. So all the nice reviews we saw were under the previous management and staff. Breakfast was a joke! Run out of buffet items, run of plates once the food arrived, kitchen staff not to blame, it’s management

property was ideal for our trip. Rooms clean , good breakfast and plenty of tea/coffee in your room. Ideally situated for both the beach and surrounding areas.

Room was clean and the reception area was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful although the young staff were not very helpful. Lovely beer garden although a bit of a walk from the bar. Not many dinner options unless you like Indian fare. Would stay again as the hotel is of the lovely tow. That is Criccieth.

Good choice at breakfast, fresh fruit and yoghurt along with cooked breakfast. Wide menu choice for evening meals. Friendly staff. Ideally situated for walking the coadtal paths.

We stayed in Criccieth studio apartment and it was perfect. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space, great kitchen facilities to allow for self catering. Lovely buffet breakfast in the main hotel building. Great choice of food in the restaurant in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for discovering Criccieth and has good parking.

Breakfast ex. first day 2nd day it was left under the lights to long and was very dry All staff were ex, very friendly and helpful.Bed room was very clean and large and very well presented.I have a thing about coat hangers WHY do we have to have those terrible anti thief things surely people dont pinch hangers?

Everything was good from the welcome we received on checking in to the check out. Extremely clean comfortable rooms. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

Clean and spacious room but shower cubicle rather small. A Tap needed tightening. Mattress lumpy with a loose spring. Good customer service. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast ok. Evening meals well cooked and good menu but portion size a bit small for price.

Kleines, praktisches Hotel mit Ladestation für Elektroautos. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber mit allem was man benötigt. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant gibt es sehr leckeres Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat kalte und warme Speisen, leider ohne Haferflocken, Müesli und/oder Porridge, was schade war. Im Hotel hat es einen Fahrstuhl. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Check in and out was easy. Room was clean . Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Only down side was with it beinging an older building soundproofing wasn't the best.

We booked a 1 bed apartment to sleep 4. The room was all set up for arrival with sofa bed and single bed in the lounge and double bedroom. Plenty tea coffee and biscuits. The room was clean and in good condition. Kitchen space was a little basic if you wanted to cook a meal. We didn’t cook but I noticed we were missing a sponge to be able to wash up the mugs we used (nothing major) and there looked to be an electric stove thing in the draw if you wanted to cook in the pans provided. The fridge was a decent size for a hotel. We ate in the restaurant one night and were pretty disappointed in the food especially for the price so opted to eat elsewhere the following nights of our stay. Breakfast was fine and something for everyone. Cereals, fruit, yoghurts, typical English fry up to help yourself to. There were vegetarian options on request too. It did feel like they had skeletal staff on in the restaurant and at breakfast. But the ladies working there were all really helpful with anything we needed and worked none stop.

The breakfast was very good, the room was a bit dated and the bed was hard for my liking. The bathroom had a leak from the shower and the water pressure was just about ok.
