What a wonderful hotel. It was my best room in travel here. They are kind and answer me really fast. Also the restaurant crews are kind. The location is really cool so that I can walk everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at ARC The Hotel. The location and convenience of being near many of the most loved coffee shops like Starbucks and Tim Hortons can't be beat. The rooms were clean and came with what I expect from a good hotel: it had a safe, a small fridge, plush robes, plenty of towels, great shower products, and downstairs, a gym in the basement. I particularly want to shout out Hassane, one of the concierges, who gives exceptional, friendly service: he really looked after my little family, always with a smile. I would stay at the hotel again.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond, providing excellent service and upgrading our stay to a suite. We appreciated the efforts from all involved in our arrival. The room is slightly outdated but that didn’t take away from the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I would stay here again.

It is just the right size to preserve the calm we appreciate

Parking was a bit challenging going down a very narrow lane with very tight height restrictions.

We stayed in a Premium King Bed room at Arc The Hotel in downtown Ottawa. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and in good condition, which contributed to a restful night. However, the bathroom left much to be desired. It was extremely cramped—even for a single person—and the sink was particularly small, causing water to splash onto the counter and floor during regular use. This detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel’s strongest point is its excellent location. Situated right in the downtown core, it’s within easy walking distance of Parliament Hill and surrounded by a variety of high-quality restaurants. For travelers prioritizing central location over in-room amenities, this hotel may still be worth considering.

Had no hot water on night one and room phone was not in working condition. Staff were friendly and when we ordered fresh towels and room service to the room (by our personal phones), service was lovely. Food on site was good. Neighbourhood was great with plenty amenities nearby. Air conditioner and air exchange was very loud and no way to turn down AC if you were cold. Great potential, just a few tweaks could make customer experience a little better!

My business stay at the Arc hotel was very convenient for me as everything was within walking distance. And the avocado toast at their restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again if I were to visit Ottawa again in the near future.

This was a one night stay for an event in Ottawa. The good things: really good breakfast and fantastic sleep in probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in The downside: Parking garage is cramped and dirty and the inside of the hotel was grubby and in need of renovation or at least a paint job. We were in a pet-friendly room and perhaps that is why the carpet and furniture was was a little worn. Not sure I would stay there again.
