매우 전략적인 위치에 있고, 객실도 넓고 편안했습니다. 체크인할 때 트래블로카에서 결제를 받지 못해 객실이 취소되어 바로 체크인할 수 없었던 게 아쉬웠습니다. 트래블로카에서 호텔 예약 시 전액을 결제했는데도 말이죠. 그래서 트래블로카에 연락해서 1시간 30분 정도 기다려야 했습니다. 체크인하려면 요금 차액인 72.5파운드를 지불해야 했는데, 결국 먼저 결제하고 방에 들어가기로 했습니다. 트래블로카 측에서 차액을 환불해 준다고 했지만, 아직 절차가 진행 중이라 아직 기다리고 있습니다. 감사합니다.

It 's a very nice place to stay and the city Centre just across the road.

The carpet on the floor are all over the place, it 's hard for me to carrying my luggages (I have 5 big luggages, 2 cabin luggage). My room was OK, but my mom 's room totally a mess. I checked in around 5 p. M but the room wasn't ready, I waited for more than 30 minutes, then I told them I'll come back later because it took too long. I came back at 7 p. M, got the key but when I get into the room, there 's no bed sheet, no towel, the ac broken. The ladies at the reception area are super nice, it 's just the other service are bad.

Seperti foto, tapi sarapan kurang. Telur rebus dingin, dari kulkas Dan croissant bukan fresh, it's keras. Lokasi bagus, Wi-Fi bagus, tempat tidur soso Dan semua lain OK. Ibis styles di Jakarta lebih bagus. Pictures are accurate, but the breakfast is lacking, not full like in Jakarta. Cold boiled eggs and hard croissants were not tasty. Good location, very central. Good wifi, staff are pleasant. Bed is not so comfortable, it dips in the middle. Heating didn't work just had an flashing button that it needs to be fixed. Shower and bathroom are excellent though. Ibis styles Jakarta is much better though, so don't go with same expectation.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location great. Have public transport nearby the place. The room is small but still OK for us. The room clean and tidy and cozy.

Good room, cleanliness, comfortable, and nice but low options (meat) for breakfast, adding sausage option would be perfect.

The location is in the Manchester city centre, near Piccadilly Terminal and Piccadilly Train Station. Room was great and cozy. Breakfast are satisfying and decent. Very recommended.

Hotelnya bagus banget, bersih dan cozy. Memang agak kecil tapi oke untuk budua, pasti balik lagi.

이 호텔은 시내 중심에 있어서 위치가 정말 좋고, 모든 게 마음에 들어요. 호텔 인테리어, 깔끔한 객실, 조식당 모두 마음에 들어요. 특히 직원들이 정말 친절하게 대해주셔서 정말 좋았어요.
