특별히 나쁘지는 않았는데, 오래된 호텔이었고, 청소한 곳만 청소해서 어떤 부분은 먼지가 쌓여있는게 조금 보였습니다. 완전히 도심 한복판에 있는 같아 걸어다니기 나쁘진 않았지만, 곳곳에 노숙자도 보이고 길에 사람이 거의 없었습니다. ...에드먼튼의 특징인지는 모르지만.... 약간은 가족끼리 걷기에 아주 좋지는 않았습니다. 서비스는 친절했습니다.

Excellent, quiet room, great hot tub and pool, excellent gym. Will definitely return to this property in the future. Staff were friendly and helpful, made check in a breeze.

We were locked out of our room until 1am and couldn’t leave or we wouldn’t have got back in. The card reader wouldn’t open the door. The maintenance person was leaving at 1am and told us one had to stay or we wouldn’t be locked out. Front desk re keyed our card 3 times before sending someone to come and check.

We always enjoy our stay here. Tge staff is always very friendly. The rooms are spacious and always clean.

Love our stay at this hotel! Very convenient as it was connected to Rodger Place via the overhead walkway. Also located in overhead walkway was a Tim Hortons, Subway, Chop, and Boston pizza. Once we were downtown for the evening there was no need to go out again. Staff were very helpful with giving directions and providing extra towels etc. Pool is located on the top floor and kept clean. The hotel was being painted on some floors but ours was not one of them. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was an easy walk to our venue. Chops restaurant is attached to the hotel and we had a very nice supper and breakfast there. We were very disappointed in our room. The curtains were tacky and the couch was dated and soiled. The bed and bedding were fine and we were able to adjust the thermostat for a comfortable sleeping temperature The clerk told us the hotel is being renovated but none of the floors are completely renovated yet. We will book this hotel in the future once the renovation is complete.

The room we were in was in the old section I presume. Water pipes made lots of noise at night. Toilet would not flush without doing it manually in the tank. No lotion in the room. Not enough signage as where to go when going to Roger’s place or the Bell tower parade

Great location for attending events at Rogers Place using the pedestrian walkway on the second floor.

Clean rooms; excellent service. Underground parking access to rhe holtel is challenging with luggage.

Great location to go to Roger’s. Room was clean, spacious, but furniture rather dated. Restaurant attached was very good. Nice staff. Will stay again.
