There was inconsistency in doing the cleaning and providing the amenities and complimentary. The 1st day we didn't get bathroom mat until 3rd day we suddenly got 3 bathroom mats. There was dust on bed heads. We enjoyed drinking coffee and tea with milk as a complimentary that provided by the hotel, but the hotel didn't replace them everyday. It was same like amenities, suddenly on the 5th day we got 2 soap bars.

The hotel location is very close to all amenities, supermarket, restaurant, public transport..Glad to stay for 7 nights..The lady at the receptionist allowed us to have early check in at 12 so happy after having overnight flight...We reserved superior king room ..Very recommended to stay whenever visiting Sydney

Old hotel. Small room. The water heater always made cranky noise. We were not told about the early check-out time so told to leave at 10 am.

저와 여동생은 레지스에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 도착하자마자 스탠다드 트윈룸으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 방은 꽤 넓었고 매일 청소해 주었습니다. 수건은 항상 새것으로 교체해 주었습니다. 엘리베이터 소리도 들리지 않았고 침대도 정말 편안했습니다. 시드니의 거의 모든 관광 명소까지 걸어갈 수 있는 완벽한 위치였습니다.

Location strategically situated at the centre of CBD. Only a few minutes walk to Westfield and few steps away to QVB and the galleries. Koreatown is nearby with various foods and top restaurants like Home Thai just around the corner. Hotel looks a bit old and cramped but it is clean. We had comfortable stays and the staffs are very helpful too.

Lokasi strategis. Dekat dengan stasiun town hall. Banyak tempat makan dan yang cukup menyenangkan adalah sangat dekat dengan woolworth.

The best location in Sydney, 250m from Queen Victoria Building (QVB). The QVB lower ground also connect with Townhall train station. Convenient store just next to hotel lobby. Many restaurants and Cafe surroundings the hotel.

Very good location near to the city and great access to anywhere from city to suburbs. Room is just nice, probably can improve the bathroom for water pressure as well as the shower. overall very good!
