Amazing location, Friendly staff

총 평점 2점. * 감점 요인 - 자꾸 끊기는 인터넷 아마도 총 접속 허용 인원이 있는 듯함. 사용 중에도 끊어짐. - 침대 해드 쪽에는 없는 전원. 책상에 핸드폰을 충전해야 해서 충전과 동시 검색이 불가능 - 식당 없음 조식 서비스를 받을 수 없음 - 전자레인지 없음 조식 서비스를 받을 수 없음에도 전자레인지까지 없으니 식사 해결을 위한 제한이 많음. - 상대적으로 고가의 숙소 숙박 시설 대비 가격이 고가임 - 불규칙한 생수 공급 우유를 매일 3개씩 주는 듯한데, 불규칙하게 어느날은 1개만 어느날은 주지 않음. 서비스의 안정성 부족 * 장점 요인 - 위치가 매우 좋음 대부분의 관광지는 도보로 다닐 수 있음. * 보통 요인 - 직원 서비스 - 청소 상태 - 수건 제공 * 총평 고가의 숙박 비용 대비 시설이 노후되었으며 인터넷 사용이 매우 불편하고 식사 해결에 대해서 식당도 없고, 전자레인지도 없어서 꽤나 불편함. 단, 위치적으로 너무나 좋으므로 비슷한 지역에 최후로 방이 남았을 때만 숙박을 권함. 다시 호주를 방문한다 해도 해당 위치에 이 호텔 밖에 없다면 이 호텔을 사용하겠지만 만약 다른 호텔이 있다면 그 호텔을 사용할 계획. 만약 이 호텔을 사용한다면 5m 정도의 충전 케이블과 충분한 데이터를 확보하고 전자레인지 없이 조식을 빨리 해결할 수 있는 계획을 수립해서 사용할 계획임. 위치 말고는 가격대비 모든 것이 아쉬웠던 호텔. 매우 좋은 호텔 위치와 보통의 직원들 서비스(청소 포함)에 총 평점 2점 부여

It comfortable and in Good location for shopping and transport

The staff were exceptional. Our room had a comfy bed but the air conditioner was on the wall opposite and blew cold air onto us, so we couldn’t leave it on overnight. Also the towel rack fell off the bathroom wall and there was a lot of noise at night from the city and we also often heard the hotel lifts which sounded like a plane taking off. The location was great being right in the city close to Hyde Park, Town Hall, the Cathedral and QVB. Some good restaurants close by and excellent coffee two doors away. Despite some of the negatives we’d go back again.

Room was tiny. We were left with a note saying “it’s moth season” and to be careful as there are lots around and they potentially might come into the room if windows are left open. I checked in late in the night, no windows or doors were left open, however there were 4-5 months the size of 50c coins all through the room. Blinds didn’t completely reach the edge of the window so light was seeping in during the night/morning. Probably won’t stay here again.

Location is accessible to everything. The staff were all wonderful. Even though the location is in a high traffic area it was still okay to relax and sleep. My only minor issue was that I found the bed a bit hard to sleep on but after the first night I managed to sleep well.

Clean room, great aircon, comfy bed. Great position. Near town hall station and the light rail.

excellent situation for light rail, heavy rail and metro to go anywhere you want. Staff were helpful and friendly. They minded our bags on checkout. Room was on the small side but very clean, comfortable bed. Only thing I lacked was a connection to the TV so I could use my Netflix account through my phone. Long weekend so prices were up.

Great location, close to public transport and most major attractions within walking distance. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities.

Great hotel in premium location on a budget.

Good central location. Room was clean and had everything needed, cleaned up and fresh towels everyday. Had a suite bit noisy due to next to lift shaft but got used to it after 1st night. Overall good stay.

A very basic hotel. Ok for somewhere to catch for the night.

Very close to town hall, darling harbour, the city and restaurants. The bathroom was small, especially for 2 women, no vanity, or storage place. Bed was comfortable. Very well priced considering the locality.
