Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, clean & tidy room, fast check-in. Located in the centre of Sydney, just near Town Hall, lots of public transport options close by. Have stayed here many times before & it’s my first choice in Sydney. As an extra bonus, checkout the rooftop area for a great nighttime city view!

Saya dan adik saya menikmati kami menginap di Regis. Apabila tiba, bilik kami dinaik taraf menjadi bilik kembar standard. Bilik agak besar dan dibersihkan setiap hari. Kami sentiasa mendapat tuala kami diganti. Tiada bunyi lif dan katilnya begitu selesa. Lokasi yang sempurna untuk hotel ini dan anda berjalan kaki ke mana-mana tarikan pelancong di Sydney.

Great, central location, an easy walk to Pitt Street Mall and bus stop right outside the hotel. Our room was a rather small, tight space and the bathroom also, with very little shelf/storage space for toilet bag etc. The bed was comfortable and the staff pleasant. There was a lot of road noise during the night, probably not double glazed. Decor was dated but room was clean.

Room was good the only problem was no power or USB outlets beside the bed so I could not have my phone beside me to check the time or charge as I needed to be up early even though my alarm was set I had to get up several times to make sure my phone was still charging and check the time

The staff were exceptional. Our room had a comfy bed but the air conditioner was on the wall opposite and blew cold air onto us, so we couldn’t leave it on overnight. Also the towel rack fell off the bathroom wall and there was a lot of noise at night from the city and we also often heard the hotel lifts which sounded like a plane taking off. The location was great being right in the city close to Hyde Park, Town Hall, the Cathedral and QVB. Some good restaurants close by and excellent coffee two doors away. Despite some of the negatives we’d go back again.

Room was tiny. We were left with a note saying “it’s moth season” and to be careful as there are lots around and they potentially might come into the room if windows are left open. I checked in late in the night, no windows or doors were left open, however there were 4-5 months the size of 50c coins all through the room. Blinds didn’t completely reach the edge of the window so light was seeping in during the night/morning. Probably won’t stay here again.

Location is accessible to everything. The staff were all wonderful. Even though the location is in a high traffic area it was still okay to relax and sleep. My only minor issue was that I found the bed a bit hard to sleep on but after the first night I managed to sleep well.

excellent situation for light rail, heavy rail and metro to go anywhere you want. Staff were helpful and friendly. They minded our bags on checkout. Room was on the small side but very clean, comfortable bed. Only thing I lacked was a connection to the TV so I could use my Netflix account through my phone. Long weekend so prices were up.
