I and my sister enjoyed our stay at Regis. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to standard twin room. The room is quite huge and was cleaned every day. We always get our towel replaced. No sound of elevators and the bed is so comfy. Perfect location for this hotel and you walk to basically any tourist attractions in Sydney.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, clean & tidy room, fast check-in. Located in the centre of Sydney, just near Town Hall, lots of public transport options close by. Have stayed here many times before & it’s my first choice in Sydney. As an extra bonus, checkout the rooftop area for a great nighttime city view!

Excellent staff at check in. The sink in the room had a few hairs and was a bit dirty (just looked like it had been missed in the cleaning). Otherwise a VERY good stay, great location, reasonably priced, and I will be back.

Decent room, let down slightly by the bathroom. The shower wasn’t great, and just being a shower curtain meant the bathroom floor got wet. But a decent stay in a great location, and the staff were excellent and very friendly.

The 360 view from the pool rooftop was amazing! The rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. The only small negative is the hallways are narrow and at times cleaners had the laundry and cleaning items in the hallways.

Great, central location, an easy walk to Pitt Street Mall and bus stop right outside the hotel. Our room was a rather small, tight space and the bathroom also, with very little shelf/storage space for toilet bag etc. The bed was comfortable and the staff pleasant. There was a lot of road noise during the night, probably not double glazed. Decor was dated but room was clean.
