The staff is nice and helpful, the bed is big and comfortable. But i am not used to be the air freshener. Overall is good.

Room kinda small but the location is good and easily accessible.

No slippers, no toothpaste and no toothbrush. Room free wifi service.....I need to request password in concierge then they printed out for me ( not automatically attached wifi), I am sure not every guest know it.

The location is very good. It locate closely to the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney‎. I had chosen a triple bed room. It is small, but the price is affordable. It would be much better if there is a sliding door in the showering area, so the floor won't be wet over the bathroom. I would also suggest to add some hooks and shelves in the bathroom.

Everything was very clean . all the cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly . Nothing was a problem for them . The same for the reception staff . My checking in was seamless . The location of The Park Regis is very central and very easy to walk around Sydney’s CBD

I didn't get to sleep in the motel because I had no deposit. They kept my money.

Nice hotel with renovated rooms. And location is awesome. Walkable to so many different restaurants and stores and public transit is nearby too. Even walkable to the Opera House. Gave us an upgrade in room too which was nice. Would stay here again.

Nice room, fantastic location, everything was fine except there’s no sound-proofing: you hear every passing motorbike, every time a door is opened and every time the lift whooshes.

Centrally located with friendly staff and comfy bed.

The room was very basic looking. There were issues from the get go and eventually we were changed to another room but only after several complaints which was annoying. The hotel is located close to everything including trains, metro and light rail. It is noisy though because it’s so close to the city centre. The room had broken power points, leaking toilet, the remote to the tv didn’t work, the keycards didn’t work and the family rooms are right next to the lift. Staff were friendly but also not real phased by issues until I had to go down and speak to them four or five times. It was good but also frustrating

Room was good neat tidy staff were great. The location was really great close to everything. Highly recommend.

Only toilet avalable before check in was on the roof. It was 1 toilet and filthy. Hotel room was very basic. No plugs by the bed so had to charge phones the other side of the room. Shower constantly leaked all night and soaked the entire bathroom floor constantly. Bathroom was slightly raised so constantly tripping onto a wet bathroom floor. Staff at reception were fine. Cleaners did a great job.
