The staff is nice and helpful, the bed is big and comfortable. But i am not used to be the air freshener. Overall is good.

Room kinda small but the location is good and easily accessible.

No slippers, no toothpaste and no toothbrush. Room free wifi service.....I need to request password in concierge then they printed out for me ( not automatically attached wifi), I am sure not every guest know it.

The carpet looked dirty. This is the second time I stay there. Staff are friendly, accomodation in both days could be more clean. Bath towels are not soft.

Can't say enough about our stay. The customer experience was excellent in so many ways. Highly recommend.

Central location

The shower was the smallest shower I've ever been in, hard to close door and actually get into the shower

Great location but I was traveling for work and this wasn’t really great for business travelers. Check in was a really long wait. Room very dated. Staff nice and very convenient location though.

Very old, outdated rooms and facilities. Terrible acoustics, poor check-in experience for one guest who arrived later than the other and couldn’t collect their key. Location is fabulous, and despite the quality of the accommodations, housekeeping and cleanliness is very good.

Room was clean, spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. Friendly reception desk.

Was ok. Bit small room

The room was clean and presentable, bed very comfy. Lovely amenities eg tea, coffee, iron & board, tv etc. Our aircon was noisy and the light on it was quite bright overnight. Also, i get its in the middle of sydney but even on the 12th floor it was loud with traffic and sirens. I would suggest supplying ear buds per person to aid sleep. My only other suggestion would be that the front desk staff need some training on helping tourists find their way around and recommend local attractions, eateries and coffee shops.

Such a great stay! My room was spotless and very roomy with a microwave and fridge, which I really appreciate. There was no coffee maker in the room like we’re used to in North America but there was an espresso machine and when milk added to the coffee approximated a nice flat white! I had a nice view of Hyde Park and the air conditioner worked beautifully, which is so important with the warm weather. I had a bit of trouble with my TV at first but it was quickly fixed and then fine throughout. But the location was really the star - walkable to lots of shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, as well as great transit and metro and train links for sights beyond. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great staff, clean room, great location.

The room was clean, tidy, and the location of the hotel was perfect! Right across from the metro and near trains, light, rail, town hall, and shopping. Not the best soundproofing, but after a long day exploring the city, all good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well

The bathroom (specifically the shower) needs to improve. For a hotel with this price, you can’t provide the type of bathroom that one star hotels have.

Lovely staff, great location, comfy beds. It’s very dated and in need of a refresh, but priced accordingly. If cost is a factor, it’s a clean comfy bed in a fabulous location.
