직원들은 친절하고 언어도 잘 통합니다. 다만, 하우스키핑은 3일에 한 번만 객실 청소를 합니다.

청소 서비스는 제공되지 않지만 보상으로 와인 1병을 드립니다. 그렇죠.

매일 하우스키핑이 없습니다. 제가 머물렀던 기간을 기준으로 3일차에만 하우스키핑을 한다고 들었습니다. 긴 외출 후 깨끗한 침대와 깨끗한 화장실을 기대했기 때문에 하우스키핑이 최소한이라고 생각했습니다. 이건 꽤 실망스럽습니다.

Dekat dengan mal dan sekitar hotel banyak restoran. Berjalan kaki saja beberapa langkah sudah ada mal dan restoran.

Very bad service of all officer on duty. My room finally was cleaned up after I asked for 3 times (1 day 1 time).

Stay several times but one night without TV cause no TV remote even I did ask several times, its arrived next day eventually but it doesn't work, the guy who bring TV remote has no idea how to operate it. I love this hotel for great location anyway.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, with many restaurants and shopping area right on your doorstep. The hotel services, however, need to be improved. Lack of staff at the reception resulting in long queue; completely empty body wash in the bathroom upon check-in. While room phone was not working (making it troublesome to contact reception to ask for refill), long wait for housekeeping to come.

The room is a bit small, but the place is convenient to travel around the city.

The room is spacious for 3 people. We stayed for 6 days; however, the room was not cleaned every day. We have to ask the cleaning service for cleaning. But in general, the place is good and very close to the city center.

Great location in the middle of the city. Restaurants are nearby.

Lokasi dari hotel ini sangat strategis dekat ke tram, mall, tempat makan dan juga supermarket Woolies. Kamar cukup besar dan tidak sempit. Sayangnya housekeeping membersihkan kamar hanya 1x dalam 3 hari, towel dan gelas tidak akan di ganti apabila minta ke front desk. Selain itu karena hanya dibersihkan per 3 hari, sampah di kamar tidak akan diambil sehingga menumpuk.

Lokasi dan tempat dari hotel Mercure ini sangat bagus karena deket kemana mana, deket ke tram dan juga tempat perbelanjaan. Yang disayangkan housekeeping membersihkan kamar cuma sekali dalam 3 hari, towel dan gelas tidak akan di ganti kalau gak diminta dan sampah tidak akan di ambil selama 3 hari.

สถานที่ตั้งดีมาก กลางเมือง เดินออกมาก็เจอห้างเลย ร้านอาหารมากมาย รถแทรมด้านหน้า แต่. เราจองห้อง 3 คน 4 คืน รอเตียงเสริมมาจัดวางนาน ต้องแจ้งถึง 2 รอบ (แม่บ้านน่าจะไม่พอ) ไม่มาทำความสะอาดห้อง ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดเท้า ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกวันนะ ลงไปแจ้ง เจ้าหน้าที่ เค้าบอกว่า ทำความสะอาดเปลี่ยนผ้า 3 วัน/ครั้ง 😖😣

Great location. Central to everything in the city. Friendly helpful staff on the front desk. Room was clean and nice. Little smaller than it looked in the photos but we didn't get a hotel in the city to hang out in our room. Bed was comfortable. Great value per night, internet was a little patchy in a area of the hotel. (Room 249) Would stay again next time I come to the city. Thank you
