오래됨이 느껴지는 호텔 입니다.하지만 청결하고 침대의 상태도 좋아요. 냉장고에 무료로 맥주와 몇가지 음료로 매일 채워 줍니다. 쾰른 성당과 쾰른 역과의 거리도 걸어서 갈만 한 거리여서 중간에 호텔에서 잠시 쉬었다가 나가기도 좋은 위치예요. 다음에 쾰른에 가게되면 다시 풀만 호텔에 머물고 싶어요.

Hotel room is good but front desk something problem I can’t understand German Hotel that kind of service!!!

처음 묵었던 호텔인데, 예상보다 굉장히 편안하고 좋았습니다. 단, 복도에서 얘기하는 소리가, 룸 안까지 들리는 부분은 개선이 되면 좋을 것 같습니다.

깔끔하고 직원들이 친절하다.

위치는 아주 좋습니다.. 조식도 풍부해요. 기차역과도 가깝고 쇼핑거리, 박물관, 미술관들이 가까워 가족들과 함께 여행하기에 꽤 좋은 선택입니다.

조식이나 호텔 서비스는 좋음. 특히 조식은 고급스럽고 맛있음. 그러나 전시장이나 중앙역과 거리가 있어 도보로 움직이기에는 무리가 있음. 전시때문에 오는 비즈니스로는 비추. 물론 차가 있는경우에는 좋음

The number one problem with this hotel was the air conditioning DID NOT WORK!! We switched rooms and still had no working air conditioning. We had bought a fan earlier in our trip just because almost everywhere we stay in Europe there is virtually no air conditioning. We thought Germany would be different and the first few hotels were great for A/C. We stayed in way less expensive hotels on our trip and they had great A/C. This hotel was very disappointing because of this we had a hard time sleeping it was too hot at night. We opened the window but thst did very little. We used our fan but it just blew around the hot air. It was very uncomfortable. The front desk girl did move us the first night but she told us this was all they had for air conditioning nothing better. So that was that. Very disappointing. The location was great could walk for groceries and shopping was a few blocks away. Close to all attractions.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The local tram station is a six minute walk and the ride into central cologne on the tram takes only a couple more minutes. Everything works pretty well in the hotel so I have no reservation in recommending it.

Das Zimmerpersonal war sehr hilfbereit und hat uns die gratis Getränke aufgefüllt.

Excellent hotel, great location. Breakfast is great and with the best possible attendants. Really enjoyed my stay. Wold certainly book again in a next trip.

Breakfast could have had more options, it’s 30 dollars for one meal and little to pick from
