So so disappointed to stay here at this moment (oct 27 2019). I booked this hotel for my husband that on traveling to melbourne, the 1st point that my husband complaining is about the check in process that went not smooth, my husband arrived early about at 10.30 am before the check in schedule time and he ask the front desk if that possible to made early check in then the front desk at that moment is mr. Piere inform my husband to please wait another next 2 hours that maybe could do the check it then my husband back again around 1 pm but still the front desk not very friendly and helpful to helping check in so it’s ok then my husband wait again and until as on the schedule. The second thing is the descriptions whats on the facilities was not as on the fact,there's no in room kettle,no water complimentary, no slipper, the gym is out of service also the swimming pool is under the renovation that been informed from the front desk. So for agent or the hotel should inform what the facilities that out of service at the moment to avoid any regret from the guest, as you might know also the rate of this hotel is 4+ stars but it not seems deserve like that. Once again my husband very very disappointed with this hotel.
