There had clearly been some water damage in the area of my room around the washroom. The washroom door and affected baseboards should be replaced.

Gorgeous hotel that blew us away as soon as we walked in. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were huge and very clean. Also the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept on! Location was perfect and very walkable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I have stayed her numerous times because the location and restaurants near by are great. Every time I say I won’t be back but come back because of that. Unfortunately every time I stay, housekeeping is an issue from starting to knock on doors to see if people have left at 8am to even entering my room once while sleeping. I have complaint each time with the issue not resolved on my next visit so clearly this is a policy they have for their housekeeping team. You’d think they would be able to use technology to know when rooms are being checked out of vs the old fashion knocking.

The character of the hotel. And location. Staff are also wonderful.

Hotel showing its age. Dated decor, some broken or damaged areas in room interior. Very poor dining experience at hotel restaurant (food quality) and room was only partially cleaned. Reception staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be. I will not be back.
