Muy limpio y cuidado

Ubicación excelente! Muy limpio y cómodo. Fui con mi familia y la pasamos muy bien. Recomiendo el hotel.

Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación, el personal muy atento y cortés. Las habitaciones ya se están deteriorando, he visitado este hotel desde hace 3 años por negocios, sin embargo las habitaciones tienen cada vez más detalles como el lavabo, la alfombra, no hay aire condicionado o calefacción. Por lo demás, bien.

El hotel es bueno pero nada extraordinario cumple con las necesidades para un buen hospedaje. La recepción extremadamente mala y demasiado lenta. Si quieres entrar a las 3 pm Formate media hora antes Por que no te registran antes de las 3 pm

El check in tardó más de una hora, personal de mala actitud. El estacionamiento lo cobran, cuartos pequeños y viejos

The room was okay. We arrived at night. We used the shower, but the water was not draining fast enough. We called the next morning and the staff moved us to a different room right of way. Hotel is okay, but the customer service is great!

La piscina estaba cerrada. Todo lo demas muy bien.

I like the excelent property location, the staff is great and helpful. What I didnt like is that they are charging the parking (just started July 1rst) the charge is not excessive but it still is a charge and it took me by surprise since Expedia does not advise there is a charge.

buena ubicación, estrategica, pero el edificio muy viejo, muy pobre la renovacion y actualizacion de mobiliario, cortinas y toallas.. maquinas de hielo de adorno que no funcionan..

No teníamos agua caliente ni fría,.y los baños se taparon por falta de agua

Overall, this was a pleasant stay that matched what we paid for. The staff stood out as genuinely kind and helpful, especially handy since my room key kept deprogramming during our stay, and they were quick to sort it out every time without any hassle. The room itself was clearly dated and could use some updating. The carpet wasn’t to my taste, the TV channel selection was limited, and the bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. None of it was dealbreaker-level, just noticeable. Between the friendly staff and fair pricing, I’d still consider staying again, just wouldn’t expect a modern room.
