La habitación muy limpia, solo no le doy 5 estrellas porque tuve que pedir las toallas 4 veces para que me las llevarán, de ahí en fuera todo excelente, muy buena atención de todo el personal, y el valet parking muy eficiente.

Excelente en general

El gimnasio está algo pequeño y reducido de equipo.

Aunque tuve q rodar mucho para llegar a la habitación desde el elevador, la estancia estuvo de lujo, amplio, de piso cómodo, el baño bien distribuido, silla de baño de plástico

It was very nice accomodating staff. We were there for local events and everything was within walking distance or there was easy transportation to find taxis, bike rentals, double deck public buses, and even the hotel provided a private taxi back to the airport we paid for it of course but they made it easy.

Nice rooms, staff was excellent. Food at the in-house restaurant was also fantastic.

El sistema de aire acondicionado no funciona apropiadamente. Problemas con la pantalla - además de ser miniatura. El personal excelente, desde camareras, botones y recepción.

In general the hotel is really good, it's near to most of the iconic places in CDMX, zocalo, bellas artes, and chapultepec. Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly. I'd suggest a better maintenance to the shower. Water was leaking under the glass door. A small renovation would be great. A special thanks to Rosario, great service.

Wasn’t my first time there and there’s a reason I keep going back. The location, the hotel and the staff are perfect.

Atencion del personal muy amable en todos los servicios. La habitación comoda y muy limpia. Buena conida en el restaurante.

En general es muy buen hotel con buena ubicación sobre reforma el bufet está muy rico y el servicio es excelente todos muy amables.

Habitación limpia y personal muy amable

El servicio de mucamas no fue muy de mi agrado , solo tendieron camas, no hubo bolsas de lavanderia , solo cuando llegamos estubo la habitacion impecable los demas dias ni una basura que se dejo en el buro lo tiraron .

We were there for Dia de Muertos, and this was right on the parade route, so location was excellent for that. The hotel was otherwise located in a very safe location, and it was easy to get everywhere. The area immediately surrounding the hotel on Paseo de la Reforma was quite "Americanized", with a Carl's Jr. and Panda Express right beside. However, behind the hotel there were some gems for local restaurants, and the proximity to other awesome neighborhoods was a highlight. Paseo de Reforma was a very beautiful street to walk down. The hotel is also close to several EcoBici bike rental stations, which is an excellent way to get around. The location was not as busy as the Center/Zocalo and not quite as hip as Condesa/Roma Norte. The service at the hotel was good, the rooms were clean and spacious and the shower/hot water worked. Echoing previous comments, the floors were noticeably unlevel but it was easy to ignore. There is a nice pool area on the rooftop, though smaller than what you see in the pictures. The gym was ~4/10 but if you are there for that, you're in the wrong place. Overall, the hotel served our needs and was the right price. I would recommend it.
