최근 노보텔 서퍼스 파라다이스에 묵었는데, 솔직히 말해서 제가 경험한 노보텔 호텔 중 최악이었습니다. 호텔은 매우 낡고 관리가 제대로 안 된 느낌이었습니다. 방에서는 역겨운 마리화나 냄새가 나서 속이 메스꺼웠고, 토할 것 같았습니다. 청결 상태도 실망스러웠고, 전반적으로 객실 상태는 노보텔이라는 브랜드에 기대하지 않았던 수준이었습니다. 모든 것이 낡고 관리가 안 된 느낌이었습니다. 가격 대비 전혀 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 이 호텔의 유일한 장점은 위치입니다. 서퍼스 파라다이스의 중심부에 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 아쉽게도 그게 전부입니다. 대대적인 개선이 이루어지지 않는 한, 이 호텔에 묵는 것을 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

정말 좋은 경험이었어요. 해변과 가깝고, 트램 정류장과도 가까워서 좋았어요...

해변과 여러 관광 명소와 가까워서 위치가 매우 좋습니다.

복도는 매우 추웠고, 예술 작품, 의자, 카펫은 매우 초라해 보였고 업그레이드가 필요했습니다. 예약이 매우 느렸습니다.

Kamar bersih, penerangan lampu kurang jadi agak gelap. Tidak ada kursi dan meja untuk kerja.

A million dollar view from the balcony.

It was a nice short trip with my husband. With the best location in the center of surfer paradise. Only downside with the wifi, we have to add extra cost for it.

This hotel is in a perfect location, 100 meter away from beach, next to tram (cavil avenue), near supermarket, many kind of food you can choose from Asian food to fast food

Comfort and nice service nice view

Door is hanged with Do Not Disturb sign, but at 11 am, been knocking for check out, when I complained, been yelled "It's check out time" like I stay at that lady's house for free, not as staying at hotel, it's my wondeful and superb hotel services experienced for life, thank you Novotel.

I booked ocean view room but when I checked in I can't see any ocean.. I asked to reception and they change our room to the real ocean view room.. location is very good..room is clean, big enough, good price..

The location very good, near to everywhere and we had nice view beach from our room. The hotel quite old but clean. Only the breakfast menu is always same everyday.

House keeping tidak membersihkan kamar dengan baik. Tempat tidur tidak dirapikan, lantai tidak di-vacum dan gelas tidak dibersihkan.

Lokasi strategis. kamar luas. view oke. breakfast ada untuk orang asia.

(1 august 2018 evening) when i want to know how to reach the airport from hotel, the carriage man answer with the simple word "up to you". whatta? i am from overseas. how do i know not even one. he should give me the complete info such as.. by the tram bla bla bla.. by bus bla bla bla... not just "up to you"

Good place 👍🏻, near from shopping centre & train station, and nice view from the balcony: Surfers Paradise Beach 👍🏻

The hotel is near from tourist attractions, but the room is so small and hair dryer doesn’t work properly. So I have to go outside with wet hair. The TV channels cannot be changed at all, but thanks Jeremy, the technician, for fix things up. Receptions are very nice and welcoming us. But the deposit is so expensive if we can’t provide any credit card. $2000 is too much.
