서퍼스비치 바로앞이로 동선이 아주 좋습니다. 또한 쇼핑센터와 연결이 되어있어 마트가기에도 좋아요.다만 오래된 호텔이다보니 낡았습니다. 낡은거 빼면 가격대비 만족합니다.

Absolutely wonderful time staying with you Thank you. We did ask the staff member behind the bar on Sunday afternoon if happy hour was still on ??? , the staff member replied that happy hour was still available. We ordered same drinks and was charged full prices 🙃 We didn't say anything at the time and just decided to take the rest of our business elsewhere for the rest of the afternoon. Apart from this small incident we had a wonderful time Thank you Christopher Gale

Clean room with some nice compliments, awesome view, staff lovely. Loved my stay!!

Clean room over looking ocean views. Breakfast was favourite time of day with buffet breakfast yum

All good just the microwave was $10 and I think that’s crazy

Central location was nice. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived. Dealt with when I let them know. Wifi not great. Couldn’t even go out on balcony without losing it. Pool not available during stay - had to go to another hotel. Breakfast food but very expensive - $45

Nice hotel perfect location in middle of surfers very close to beach and shops / restaurants. Little fine gym and pool... room with seaview is fantastic

Room was a good size with comfortable beds but the noise from outside was unbearable. The hinterland facing rooms are inundated with noise from the bars/nightclubs directly across the road. I know the location of the hotel is right in the centre of Surfers Paradise so a bit of noise is to be expected, but this was next level. The buffet breakfast was very expensive and very average in quality. All the staff were friendly. When the check in attendant found out it was my daughters birthday she organised for a cupcake to be delivered to our room which was a lovely surprise. There were some positives, but as a family we probably wouldn't stay again.

Do not pay the $42 per person for a breakfast, that doesnt include a barrista coffee. Will 100% never stay here again. The pool was closed and property upkeep terrible. Service to the pool took forever. Breakfast at $84 for 2 people and you get some scrambled egg, beans and basics I would never have paid that had I know. Extremely disappointed.

Breakfast was nice, room was a bit disappointing, no door separating the two bedrooms and "bathroom sink" everything was open. Soundproof was bad could hear the clubbing music loud and clear on the street.

Breakkfast was good. Outlook was good.

Great stay! Clean room, friendly staff, and a relaxing pool area. The spa was warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great views,and location Close to everything Clean and good facilities Bed was on castors and kept moving around as it was on a hard floor…was a bit annoying.

the room was very dim especially at night and only had few sources of light. for a 4 star hotel, the toilet was disappointing as it had minimal space. they also did not clear out excess rubbish and just did the bare minimum, not clearing out excess trash which was placed obviously at the door and meant to be taken out. they only provided a tissue box when we asked at the counter and did not provide one when they cleaned the room despite us almost running out . The bottom few tissues in the tissue box turned blue and was stained by the packaging. The room with the ocean view was not even facing the ocean, the ocean was only able to be seen at the corner of the balcony and the room was facing another hotel instead. otherwise, room was clean and had better lighting in the day from the balcony and staff was kind.

There was no plates or microwave to heat or eat our late take away dinner

Room was great, bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing seeing both the city and ocean at once. The complimentary treats were greatly appreciated. Customer service was also great - staff is very friendly amd helpful, and the location was perfect.
