서퍼스비치 바로앞이로 동선이 아주 좋습니다. 또한 쇼핑센터와 연결이 되어있어 마트가기에도 좋아요.다만 오래된 호텔이다보니 낡았습니다. 낡은거 빼면 가격대비 만족합니다.

Room was tidy and clean. Room's view was awesome. Some concerns about the bed has wheels so it was moving a little.

I love everything about Novotel! The service, the clean rooms, the housekeeping, the buffe. The convenience to shops, bars, beach, restaurants, nightlife. Its my choice of hotel whenever I go to Surfers Paradise.

We stayed 21–28 February 2026 to celebrate my 40th birthday with my wife and our 4-year-old son. We’ve previously had great experiences with Novotel in Melbourne, so we expected similar standards here. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. On arrival, our room had been changed from a Superior Deluxe Ocean View to a Deluxe City View. We were initially told this was an upgrade, which was confusing, and it took several discussions before we were given the room we had booked. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and we were provided with plug-in fans instead, which was not ideal in the February heat. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed on weekdays until 4pm due to maintenance, despite receiving prior notice stating works would not begin until April 14. Poolside service was unavailable. While access to a partner hotel pool one block away was offered, it was inconvenient with a young child. Positives: the room was clean with daily housekeeping, breakfast was good with varied options, and staff kindly surprised us with champagne and treats for my birthday. The location is excellent, central to Cavill Ave, shops, restaurants and the beach. However, overall the hotel did not meet the standard we expected, and we would not return.

Room

The hotel has become old and needs more attention to cleanliness. The bed in our room was not steady, moved with the slightest push. No one came to check on it even when requesting twice for someone to check it. Parking has become more expensive over the couple of years. The only great thing about the stay was the view.

I was very surprised how much I loved my stay , incredible view from my room, Thanku Ly for checking me in she was incredible . Buffet breakfast was great, the demographic who stay at the hotel are abit gross but overall great stay.

always great rooms, they just need to work on faster checkout lines. waited almost half an hour to check out

The staff was smiling and super friendly from the time I arrived and daily. The room was immaculate, clean with amazing views of surfers paradise beach and around. It is close walking distance to trans,shipping,beach and attractions Highly recommend the lan bathhouse next door for spa treatment

The room was run down and smelled of mildew during our stay. It definitely needs a little renovation. There were chips everywhere on the furniture, the bathroom tiles. the bottom of the door the paint was coming of curling.Also if your room faces cavil ave then be prepared for noise all night as its not sound proof and i could not sleep. The front desk staff was great checkin and check out where a breeze.

Room was ok. I ordered Room service for dinner and the burger I ordered arrived raw. There was no previous mention about the noise - I could hear/feel the bass from local nightclubs all the way up into the early hours of the morning even on floor 29. As this was a work visit I really needed quality sleep, which I was not allowed. Had I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. Staff were super friendly and location is good if you’re looking to be central to all the action of Surfers Paradise.

The drinking glasses were not washed properly. Full of soap. The hotel also lost power for 5 - 6 hours around 9 pm until 2-3 am and we were not notified or informed/ even a simple apology during checkout .we had to sleep without the air con in the humid QLD weather. Location was great.

O hotel precisa receber uma reforma. Quartos estavam bons, embora já desgastado pelo tempo. Localização é bastante conveniente!
