노보텔 서퍼스 파라다이스

서퍼스비치 바로앞이로 동선이 아주 좋습니다. 또한 쇼핑센터와 연결이 되어있어 마트가기에도 좋아요.다만 오래된 호텔이다보니 낡았습니다. 낡은거 빼면 가격대비 만족합니다.

The staff was smiling and super friendly from the time I arrived and daily. The room was immaculate, clean with amazing views of surfers paradise beach and around. It is close walking distance to trans,shipping,beach and attractions Highly recommend the lan bathhouse next door for spa treatment

The room was run down and smelled of mildew during our stay. It definitely needs a little renovation. There were chips everywhere on the furniture, the bathroom tiles. the bottom of the door the paint was coming of curling.Also if your room faces cavil ave then be prepared for noise all night as its not sound proof and i could not sleep. The front desk staff was great checkin and check out where a breeze.

Room was ok. I ordered Room service for dinner and the burger I ordered arrived raw. There was no previous mention about the noise - I could hear/feel the bass from local nightclubs all the way up into the early hours of the morning even on floor 29. As this was a work visit I really needed quality sleep, which I was not allowed. Had I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. Staff were super friendly and location is good if you’re looking to be central to all the action of Surfers Paradise.

The drinking glasses were not washed properly. Full of soap. The hotel also lost power for 5 - 6 hours around 9 pm until 2-3 am and we were not notified or informed/ even a simple apology during checkout .we had to sleep without the air con in the humid QLD weather. Location was great.

O hotel precisa receber uma reforma. Quartos estavam bons, embora já desgastado pelo tempo. Localização é bastante conveniente!

Good location. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. However the carpet in the breakfast room was very grubby, with trodden in food.

ammenities were lacking the pool wasn’t available till 4pm and i wasn’t made aware of that upon booking. Rooms could have been cleaner. Carpets in hall ways smell like very strong mould

Taps in bathroom need to be fixed. Staff was very friendly. No pool due to maintenance work. They had organised for us to go swimming in a different hotel.

The rooms were neat and clean. They could do with an upgrade. Pool was too small. The staff were great. Shout out to Martin. He was great! The location was great.

Having stayed for 3 days in room 2208 which was good i had to move for my further two day stay to room 3115. The difference was remarkable. Room 3115; the safe didnt work, the balcony door catch was broke , the curtains were hanging off their hooks , the floor had not been washed as there was sand underfoot wherever i walked. The toilet seat in the bathroom did not fit correctly, in general the room needed a total refurb...very disappointing. Martin on reception was extremely helpful , advising me of places to visit not mentioned in the guide book. David on concierge duty was also very helpful especially with my room move. Whilst he was unable to comment he understood my disappointment. If room 3115 had been my first experience i would definitely not have extended my stay.

Room clean, great location right in the heart of Sufers paradise. Pool area could be better, no bar and the need to go from the 5th to the ground floor to get a drink or snack isn't brilliant especially as it's through a child proof gate, door key access controlled door, and doorkey access controlled lift, is a poor customer experience and difficult carrying even two schooners. Bathroom not brilliant, bit tired. Breakfast pretty good, but doesn't open til 6.30 am, which is like 7.30 if you're heading to Sydney or the central coast that day on an early start.

The room view was first class! Found the shower a complete pain in the butt as the track cannot stop the water flowing onto the bathroom floor. Staff pleasant when engaged but generally look morose and like they would rather be anywhere else, a general low energy vibe. Took three requests over four days to fix an issue with the TV coming on randomly during the night and waking us up. Good comms re the renovation and the tradies on site where the friendliest people around.

Staff were amazing- but the room wasn’t cleaned properly- wasn’t vacuumed once in a week stay and bed sheets were not cleaned.

Good service, good stuff five star

The room was spacious , clean and with a lovely view of the ocean. Reservation staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My critisism; the restaurant being closed in the evening...the cafe area is too noisey and uninviting for a meal...okay for a snack.
