The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. The balcony with the view of the ocean was fantastic however, it was very loud at night with all the shows going on. Although the hotel was very convenient I would choose to stay somewhere quieter next time. Overall, the hotel was safe, convenient and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to all the stores and food restaurant choices and to have a grocery store located within the mall. I did find it difficult to get room service when I needed it however, there was one room service attendant, who was most helpful, a Filipino lady, who was very good about cleaning up after my son who became sick during our stay. I wish I could remember her name as I think she deserves a pay raise!

Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was not very clean and there was a lot of noise, which made it difficult to relax. The breakfast was quite limited and lacked variety. However, the location of the hotel was good and convenient. Overall, it was not the experience we were hoping for.

Absolutely wonderful time staying with you Thank you. We did ask the staff member behind the bar on Sunday afternoon if happy hour was still on ??? , the staff member replied that happy hour was still available. We ordered same drinks and was charged full prices 🙃 We didn't say anything at the time and just decided to take the rest of our business elsewhere for the rest of the afternoon. Apart from this small incident we had a wonderful time Thank you Christopher Gale

Central location was nice. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived. Dealt with when I let them know. Wifi not great. Couldn’t even go out on balcony without losing it. Pool not available during stay - had to go to another hotel. Breakfast food but very expensive - $45

Room was a good size with comfortable beds but the noise from outside was unbearable. The hinterland facing rooms are inundated with noise from the bars/nightclubs directly across the road. I know the location of the hotel is right in the centre of Surfers Paradise so a bit of noise is to be expected, but this was next level. The buffet breakfast was very expensive and very average in quality. All the staff were friendly. When the check in attendant found out it was my daughters birthday she organised for a cupcake to be delivered to our room which was a lovely surprise. There were some positives, but as a family we probably wouldn't stay again.
