整體服務不錯，酒店年紀也大了，只是： 1）隔音差，隔離單位鐘聲也聽到，而且小孩的聲音也聽到。 2）我們住的是family room, 浴室也太細了。不過水力也是夠的

View from the blacony was amazing and room cleaning was good. Shower was not good as water was flowing out.

The step up floor to bathroom is dangerous, my partner and I tripped onto it painfully; needs a proper slant or we could have hit our heads onto the toilet seat! Danger danger !

Room appeared to be clean, but on a closer look there was dried dirt marks in the bathroom, old sunflower seeds under the bed and gritty floors. The desk phone also didnt work. I attempted to call front desk of my own personal phone multiple times but it always disconnected after the automated menu. Lift to the basement carpark wasnt in use most days we were there meaning we had to use the stairs, which was not disability friendly. Room provided the basic function but that was about it.

Lovely modern room. Room recently renovated. Clean and simple design with beautiful lighting behind the bed. We loved our second time staying here and would stay here again!

Old hotel waiting for lift. Asked for bedroom slippers but was told it costs $5….

Good central location close to plenty of food options and tram only 2 minute walk Rooms are getting a bit tired but ok value for price, good breakfast

Ok hotel som ligger ret centralt. Dog virkelig dårlig rengøring. Beskidte håndklæder fra andre gæster i værelset ( blev slet ikke fjernet under vores ophold). Sengetøjet var tydeligt beskidt fra tidligere ophold. Der var krummer under sengetøjet da vi modtog værelset. Men rigtig god morgenmad

The room was clean and comfortable. The lights in the room were dim so any woman putting on makeup would be frustrated. The lifts were very slow and only one lift operating to the basement car park. After hours the basement carpark lift was not operational.

Elevator took forever, no matter the time .

Exceptional customer service. Truly great experience. Fantastic location as well. Very walkable to many activities and the beach.
