옆방과의 방음 처리가 잘 안됨.

​I was very disappointed with the quality of my recent stay. I've sent several emails regarding an item of clothing I left behind, but I haven't received a response. I was told my clothing had been found and that I just needed to send an email, but no one has gotten back to me.

Near to YYZ, comfort and clean.

호텔 청결이나 시설은 가격대비 훌륭해요. 다만 체크인할때 직원 태도가 태만하고 불친절해요.인도 여성인데 들어가기 전부터 기분이 나빠서 아직도 화가 나요.

1. 와이파이가 안 됐는데, 다른 혜택이 없었음. 2. 직원들은 대부분 친절함

Staff is excellent! Bar is good! Rooms are clean! Beds are comfortable!

Good hotel, shuttle to airport is very convenient

The shuttle was so unorganized , had to call serveral times. Long wait but other than that the stay was excellent

The price is not correct. It supposed to be $140 but end up got charged $158

The pool was smell so bad and I couldn’t swim. And I booked this hotel because there is pool as an option.
