Expedia mentioned "free airport shuttle" so I called the property and they rejected to pick me up, claiming they were busy. I asked when was the earliest time they could come and they gave me a time but said they would charge me (considerably more expensive than a regular taxi). I asked to speak with the manager and they kept me on hold for 17 minutes, after which they told me the manager was not available and simply hung up.
Room was old, too simplistic, and without ANY equipment. The A/C was very old and the heat did not work. The hinges on the shower's door were very loose which had me worry the door could fall and injure me or my son.
When I asked for basic toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush), they said they only had stuff for sale but they were out of toothpaste anyway.
Not precisely what you expect from a Courtyard location. Definitely not coming back.
