사실 큰 기대를 하지 않았던 곳인데 편안하고 친절했다. 룸 컨디션 뿐만 아니라 호텔 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어있는 느낌이었다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운점은 숙박을 해도 주차비를 받는다는 점과 차에서 로비까지 짐을 들고 계단을 올라야 한다는 점은 너무너무 불편했다. 계단 외에 엘리베이터 또는 경사로 조차 없었다. 그 점은 주차장에서도 마찬가지였다. 주차문제에도 불구하고 호텔이 의외로 예쁘고 친절해서 만족스러웠다.

This hotel gets pretty much everything right: comfy large bed, large bathroom, an air conditioner that is both quiet and effective, friendly staff, especially housekeeping. Parking is relatively expensive, but there is an area behind the hotel where you can usually park free of charge. As well as a restaurant, there is a nice outdoor informal cafe that also serves food. Highly recommended.

Excellent, and the staff is very very friendly and helpfull. However we have been Missing a wall hook in our room where to hang our coats. The amount of Electricity plugs are insufficient and placed at wrong spots.

Detta är ett trevligt hotell med bra läge i Santa Cruz. Däremot är det inte ett femstjärnigt hotell. Rummen är trestjärniga. Faciliteterna är 4 stjärniga. Servicen är varierande. Viss personal är jättebra. Men många är trötta och oengagerade, vilket troligtvis beror på underbemanning. Om du ska bo i Santa Cruz är AC Marriott ät betydligt bättre alternativ.

Zimmer was super. Sehr zentrales ubd sauberes hotel.Parkhaus war auch unmittelbal in der nähe. 12 euro pro tag fürs parkieren ist ein fairer preis. Essen war gut. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

No parasolls at the balcony. We expect a welcomst drink on a 5 star hotel. No possibility for making tea in the room. Wood on balcony needs painting. Otherwise super hotel, lovely staff and great location.
