사실 큰 기대를 하지 않았던 곳인데 편안하고 친절했다. 룸 컨디션 뿐만 아니라 호텔 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어있는 느낌이었다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운점은 숙박을 해도 주차비를 받는다는 점과 차에서 로비까지 짐을 들고 계단을 올라야 한다는 점은 너무너무 불편했다. 계단 외에 엘리베이터 또는 경사로 조차 없었다. 그 점은 주차장에서도 마찬가지였다. 주차문제에도 불구하고 호텔이 의외로 예쁘고 친절해서 만족스러웠다.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz. We loved the expansive park across the street. My wife loved the pool and spa too. Carlos took great care of us. The rooms are spacious and top quality. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed this hotel and the grounds before a cruise of the Canary Islands. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!

Una chica de la recepción si no recuerdo mal, Andrea se llamaba muy simpática, un recibimiento muy bueno y nos dio la habitación antes de tiempo, que lo agradecimos mucho. La habitación era preciosa, muy grande y espaciosa. Lo único, se escucha todo. El desayuno muy bueno y gran variedad. Instalaciones preciosas.

Ich war schon früher und öfter im Haus. Bitte bewahren Sie weiterhin diesen Stand und ändern Sie nicht zuviel!! :) Schön auch, so viele bekannte Gesichter im Service gesehen zu haben. Die Royal Suite ist super. Ich werde beim nächsten versuchen, sie erneut zu buchen. LG!

Room was clean Staff was great Tv did not work

Hotel is decent and elegant, next to the city garden. We enjoyed our 6 day stay. Service is great, room with balcony with view to the garden is amazing, breakfast is good too. Strongly recommended!

Mattresses were in bad shape and we were told they could not be changed (even though there is a room of spare mattresses) and there were no other rooms free. We had to upgrade to a suite to get better mattresses. The suite was nice and the mattresses slightly better but still had dips. We both needed a massage after the stay.

The room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony.

Schönes Hotel in einem tollen Gebäude, direkt an einem sehr schönen Park gelegen. Für unseren Geschmack zu gross, endlose Gänge … Fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet, bei den Preisen sollte Hallenbad/SPA und Parken dabei sein.

The safety deposit box was not working because it needed batteries and there were a couple of coffee pods missing. Once reported, they immediately corrected the issues.
