Osvaldo was great! Front desk staff were awesome as well as the gentleman who helped with our bags! Airport drivers were great. Nothing but great things to say about this property! We will be back! Event space is beautiful

As always, my stay was excellent. The toilet was having some issues but the staff was very responsive when I reported it.

Las personas de la recepcion, despotas como enojadas que uno llegara. Muy triste. Ya no vuelvo a quedarme. Las demas personas muy amables. Pero las chicas de recepcion, secretandose y riendo delante de mi persona, muy desagrable.

All the Barcelo team members are very nice, it is a bit expensive when compared to a whole bunch of properties that have sprung up, but the Barcelo Hotel holds a lot of good memories for me, I have been staying there for over 20 years.

Lovely hotel- nice front desk. Early checkin not available but we did have Expedia ViP rewards which helped! 2 drinks and 2 apps! Nice big room- but the bed was very hard and the shower had great hot water and pressure but you need to have an adjustable shower head because the water gets scalding hot. The staff brought us 2 additional sodas and snacks which was a nice surprise and the airport shuttle was prompt and a nice van. Good location.
