We had a great stay at this hotel in Guatemala City. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly, kind, and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend.

We liked the pool and hot tub. The food was great and people polite except for some guests we encountered in the elevator. It's great for a few nights stay. There was hair in the bathtub that didn't belong to either of us. My husband is bald. No lotion in the bathroom either

Todo cumplió con mis expectativas, desde el check in hasta el check out, las instalaciones muy ordenadas y limpias el persona súper amable, la comida no se diga muy deliciosa y variada, muchas opciones. Sin duda regresaremos con mi familia.

Room was clean, staff though is the nicest and most professional you'll find, from concierge services to reception desk to restaurant, to housekeeping etc. I will always choose Barcelo as long as they keep up their standards.

The hotel is one of the best in Guatemala, i never had a problem the personal is so good.

The Room was good, the hotel was nice and had many amenities (Pool, gyms, spa, etc) but the service is not the best. When we checked they didn’t ask for our créditos card to open the room créditos, so when we tried to take something from the mini bar we we’re told we had to go downstairs to open the credit and on top of that, it was mandatory to consume something, if we wanted to keep something we brought on the fridge, they’d charge us 10 USD

Le doy 4 porque las llaves se blokearon 2 veces ,, el baño necesita servicio de plomeria cuesta que se valla todo ,,también pedí desayuno en mi habitación y nunca regresaban por los trastes tanto que hasta otro día se los llevaron y porque le dije a la señora de la limpieza ,, hay un costo extra por llevar la comida estoy totalmente de avue

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast.

This time we stayed a Primium level, it was a big difference in the service. Excellent service, breakfast was included which saved us money because prices are high, early check in and late check out very convenient, nice surprises every day-we loved the surprises, access to the lounge with excelent food, beautiful rooms with great views. Shuttle is free, very close to the airport, american airlines office onsite, resturantes and shops on site, on site parking. They have good amenities, tranportation available by request but pricey, Uber is cheaper. La Fuente Restaurant buffet way too expensive for Lunch/dinner not good food, not a lot of food, limited options, not work the price. Kyoka Restaurant is cheaper and better options than La Fuente. Concierge services need some improvement. Guest service is way better now, it has improved. we have been staying here for a few years due to convenient location. Overall our stay was great, we will keep going back. We do recommend to pay for Premium, it is very convenient and you will save money, as food, parking, other, can get very pricey. We are considering other Barcelo at other locations because we had such a wonderful experience.
