주변에 바로 퀼른 대성당이 있고 너무 깨끗하고 고급스런 호텔이라 정말 기분 좋은 하루를 보냈습니다. 식사도 너무 좋았습니다.

It was very closed to the koln central station and cathedral ! amazing location. Thats probably it. The staff were pretty strick on their weird rules tho.. they were NOT flexible at all! and in my hotels.com reciept it said I won't have to pay for the city tax if I prove that I was there for business, so I email them before hand, what I would need to prove and the answer was: "We are not sure because It is charged by City not us", What?? We pay city tax at the hotel, not at the cityhall. They don't know what they were doing for the most parts.

The bellman met us at the train station and helped us transport our luggage upon check out and departure. This was an amazing service. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds very comfortable. The service was amazing and the staff helpful and friendly.

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is top and wonderful in all aspects, Breakfast is great, good quality and many options are available, location of the hotel is sublime, everything is within walking distance

Expensive but marvelous breakfast, served in a lovely room and staffed with attentive staff. Ideally located 2 minutes from the train station and immediately across from Cologne Cathedral. 5-star property and service.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. My daughter’s ankle was severely bruised when we arrived. She was immediately given a place to sit with a towel and bag of ice. The staff attended to her every need. We arrived before check in. No problem. The housekeeping staff was asked to prepare our suite as soon as possible. It took about 20 minutes and we were escorted to a beautiful suite where she continued take care of her ankle. It was first class service in so many ways. We were spoiled with every expectation being met. The hotel is centrally located to the Alt Stadt (Old Town). The twin dome Cathedral, the main railway center, restaurants, brand name boutique shops, lined the quaint streets. My favorite authentic German restaurant and pub is Früh also located within a short walking distance.

Best location. Friendly and well trained staff, generous service & amenities. Special compliments to Front Office, Housekeeping and senior doorman. Room is very spacious, bright, comfortable and super clean.

We absolutely loved this hotel stay! Staff was wonderful. They treated our son like a prince! Close to train station, cathedral, shopping, and dining. Will stay here again for sure!

Very bad customer service across all areas of the hotel. In particular the restaurant was the worst. The waiters ignore you, make you wait for ages, then don't take your order properly and still charge you. We overheard another customer complaining about the service too. Terrible check in. We waited for ages and then when we got to the front of the queue the receptionist ignored us and started speaking to her colleague so we went to someone else who wasn't really any better. And they said that they needed €150 deposit which would be refunded after 6 weeks. The room was too small for a queen and it was extremely hot. They couldn't do anything about it so we couldn't sleep well because it was one temperature the whole time, too hot. The only good reason to stay in this hotel is the location. It's about a 5 min walk from the central station and very close to the cathedral and city centre. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend staying here because the customer service does not exist.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my tenure in travel. If I'm going to be in the Cologne area or staying in any places within a 1 hour radius, this is going to be my only place to stay while I'm there. <3

A bit surprised at lack of amenities. The room was rather small and oddly shaped. There were no robes nor even a simple shower cap. Having stayed in some other five-star hotels for less money in both Berlin and Brussels, it was disappointing. The bar and common sitting areas were also very tight.
