매우 친절하고 도움이 되며, 직원들이 매우 환영해 주었고, 이 호텔에 다시 올 것입니다. 전략적 위치, 음식과 교통편을 찾기 매우 쉽습니다.

Location was the best trait of this hotel. Approx. 10 mins walking to Manchester Piccadilly Train Sta. and surrounded by restaurants, mini market, shops, etc. In addition, walking to the nearest mall will only take around 5 - 7 mins. Room wasn't that big tho, for traveler(s) who carry big luggage. Other than that, everything was good.

Mixed messages about borrowing freezer to store pumped breast milk as the hotel doesn’t provide freezer in their room (which means not possible to borrow hotel’s freezer). Not recommended for moms who have to pump and store.
