upgraded room was prepared free even we did'nt asked for. very nice, want to go back. staff was kind and he gave us helpful info. for touring the area.

호텔닷컴에서 예약시 카드결제 한것을 카드교체 해준다고 했는데, 현장에서는 불 가능했어요. 너무 당황했습니다. 호텔은 올드한 감성이지만 마음에 들어요

Great location clean room

We loved the location and the staff were so helpful. They organized a night tour by water taxi and the city tour to go inside st marks church and the palace - so fabulous- with gondola, the next day. Door to door service. Then we got a water taxi for $100 euro to the train station - cause of a lot of luggage we had to do this and traveled to triedte for our cruise.

Great location. Close to everything. Delicious breakfast.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, wery nice clean room

The property is very close to the main square. Also tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle, but also central to all of the main points that people would want to see.

Hotel staff was very accommodating to all of our needs. Arranged water taxi. Always available to help with directions, sites to see, where to eat. Enter staff was polite, professional, courteous.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Venice and only a few minutes’ walk from Piazza San Marco. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and offered stunning views of both St Mark’s Campanile and the Bridge of Sighs, which made the stay feel truly special. On arrival we were welcomed with complimentary bottle of prosecco, and throughout our stay the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They went the extra mile to provide additional touches when requested, which really added to the experience. Overall, a perfect base for exploring Venice and a hotel I would happily return to.

The hotel was beautiful and located in a great area to access many of the city's iconic attractions. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and assist in making our visit as pleasant as possible. In addition, the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of food options. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it.

Ficamos 3 noites no hotel. O quarto estava bem arrumado para receber 3 passageiros. A localização é ótima, bem perto da praça San Marco e a área de restaurantes e lojas. O pessoal do hotel foi muito amável, menção especial para o atendimento no café da manhã. Com certeza, vamos visitar os novamente.
