Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each as a license fee when we arrived at the marina. The crew on the boat didn't even know about the snorkeling and whale watching; there were no gears for that at all. Although the crew was nice, we couldn't tip them because we had to pay the unexpected license fee. It felt so bad.The concierge said he would refund part of our purchase, but he didn't respond. When I called from a different number, he answered, saying he was on a business trip and would refund us soon, but that was a lie. Eventually, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won. By the way, the room was not clean. I found some hairs and a contact lens on the floor. The breakfast was nice. This was my first trip to Mexico, and this experience severely tarnished reputation of Mexico.

I love my stay in Teroso and will stay again if I come back to Cabo! nice staff and nice food( but the tour they suggested at the lobby was so expensive..)

Desde que llegas la recepcionista súper mala actitud creo que en tantos años viajando es la primera vez que me toca un servicio tan malo en recepción el hotel tiene un excelente ubicación las recámaras están amplias tienen su cocineta no hay quejas sobre la habitación de las instalaciones del hotel, si ya son bastante antiguas e inclusive en la parte de atrás cuando estés en la alberca se ven andamios y cosas como que lo están reparando porque ya se ve agrietado la comida no es rica, entonces en resumen más que por el tema de instalaciones creo que con este precio puedes encontrar una mejor opción y que si te haga sentir bienvenido

The pool music was at times inappropriate for children

The location is perfect for everything. Every person is so helpful and polite. Our room view was incredible! The pool area was so clean. The restaurant by the pool has a great variety of good food.

Everything was clean and welcoming

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well as a veriety of food to choose from. Rooms were clean supplied with all you needed.

We had to change rooms once we got there, the AC was pushing out ambient air and the ceiling fan wasn’t working. There was an unfinished patch on the wall. The room didn’t seem like it was turned and ready. They did switch us into another room very close and we were fine after that.

What a wonderful place to enjoy Cabo! Central to everything, the view of the harbor from our room alone was incredible... It's an older hotel,but it is obvious the staff have pride in it,and it shows in their work. All but ONE staff member were genuine,friendly and welcoming. The Lighthouse restaurant on the boardwalk for breakfast was great and the service was perfect. (We came back TWICE) The lovely woman (Miriam) at check in gave us a perfect room on the third floor away from the pool and other partying guests...she made our trip!! Thank you. Not to say that the pool area wasn't amazing...it was. Great to cool off,listen to music and have some drinks served by friendly staff. The only BAD experience we had was with the Concierge upon arrival. Under the guise of explaining all the amenities and suggestions for around the hotel,he gave us the HARD SELL on buying into the Members Club. Even after explaining that we had traveled for hours on 3 flights and just needed to get situated first,he proceeded to try to pressure us ,even asking why we didn't want to "help him". Extremely off putting..to say the least. We never asked another question of the hotel and navigated the area on our own. Other than that initial experience (which initially made us question our choice of lodging) everyone working and everything else about the hotel was wonderful. It truly is a gem and we were feeling very lucky we chose this romantic unpretentious place.

While it was clean and the staff was friendly, they need to make clear how much everything is. (She said $100 for all inclusive, w/o clarifying that it was $100 per day) The girl at the front desk told me the shuttle to the airport was $21 USD, while the gentleman in charge wanted to charge me $100. I had to tell him what his coworker had just told me. Lastly, I had originally booked for 2 people and ended up going alone. I emailed them prior to this and they still charged me for 2 people. Crooks.

Cercano a todo, buen servicio

Stayed for one night. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful property and views. Friendly staff, security 24/7 and waling distance to tons of nightlife and shops.
