Good hotel. Just what you expect from a Mercure. Comfortable but not special. Kind staff. The lady at the reception was not smiling very much. Nevertheless, she gave us all the information we needed about the city, so no offence.

Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. The pool wasn’t open which was a shame as it was 26 degrees whilst we were there. I would definitely stay there again as it was so close to the medieval city.

Quarto bem pequeno e cafe da manha com muito movimento dificultando reposição e atendimento adequado.

Het is allemaal heel oud en vuil het eten is gelijk hospital eten de verwarming werkte niet heel donker dit is zeker geen 4 sterren dit is typisch Frans veel cinema en het trekt op niks ik had in Blois geslapen nacht ervoor 5 sterren dit was prachtig hotel gerenoveerd bekwaam personeel vriendelijk heel goede restaurant warme kamers comfort top alles was dubbel van prijs maar was het waard dit hotel was de helft en was dat zelf niet waard mij zie je daar niet meer
