So so..

물건을 두고 왔는데 찾는것에 대한 협조가 잘 안되네요. 전화를 하면 이메일을 보내라고 하고 이메일 보내면 물건이 없다고 하고,,,

다이아나(디아나)호텔을 찾아가서 체크인 하는데, 옆 호텔(파나다호텔)로 이동 이 호텔에서 숙박을 해야 한다고 함, 어이가 없어서 이유를 얘기해 달라고 하니 문제가 있다는 말 뿐이었고, 어떠한 친절한 해명이나 얘기가 없었음. 정말 화가나고 기분이 나빴으며, 호텔로 인해 전체적인 베니스의 인상도 좋지 않았음. 다시 가고싶지 않음.

Misplaced my room key and they charged me

Room has a bad smell and breakfast was weak only cereal, bread, coffee and juice.

La ubicación del hotel buena, el desayuno limitado en opciones, pero estaba bueno y el área de desayuno limpia y organizada. El empleado de recepción del check in fue poco amable un poco grosero, los demás empleados fueron amables. La recepción del hotel y áreas en común estaban limpias y bonitas. El cuarto estaba limpio, pero marcas de humedad en techo y paredes, cuando regresamos en la noche al entrar al cuarto habia una gotera en la entrada por el acondicionador de aire. Recomiendo se le dé mantenimiento a la habitacion.

Wifi no funcionaba bien, se desconectaba, muy lento, poca señal, es algo por mejorar más que una mala reseña, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Equipe incrivelmente preparada e cordial. Café da manhã delicioso. Acessível a vários pontos importantes de Veneza.

Excellent service, the room was well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. Best of all, the location was excellent.

Arrived at Hotel Antico Panada 8 minutes before check in. Got told to wait. Staff member checked in people for their hotel. I attempted to use the WC in Hotel Antico Panada, but it was covered in faeces. I was given room 403. I asked if the lift went all the way as I’m on life sustaining treatment. Staff said no, lift goes to the third floor. When I got to my room. The buzzing noise was very loud. I opened the shutters. And the AC system for the whole building was on the patio at my room. I spoke to the staff at Hotel Antico Panada, asking if that noise was 24 hours. Staff member was an arse. He ranted that I’ve got what I’ve paid for. Pay cheap and get cheap. I asked if the owner was available. He laughed in my face, saying the owner doesn’t care, and I’m getting nothing back. He then ranted about it being my fault for booking the hotel. Breakfast is in the Hotel Antico Panada, but it’s the worst breakfast I’ve witnessed in my life. Few tiny rolls, one jam, the slowest coffee machine, huge queues in a tiny space, not enough seats, everyone squeezed in together… and it’s €10 😂

This was a beautiful room to stay in, quite at night, friendly staff and a nice breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here. Did I mention the property is not even a block from the Vatican!

I was only there one night and my stay was fine, but there were mosquitoes in my room and they bit my face while I was sleeping.

Für 2 Nächte reicht es aus! Aber die Zimmer gehören längst überholt! Wc Brille kaputt! Duschkopf kaputt! TV gerät 3meter auf der linken Seite und das Bett gerade! Fernsehen daher unmöglich! Ein deutscher Sender wäre gut! Frühstück war ok!

El hotel está situado en un lugar inmejorable! Esta a 1 minuto de la plaza de San Marcos El hotel estaba limpio. Tiene una dinámica rara ya que el servicio de desayuno no se ofrece en el mismo hotel sino en el que está enfrente El personal es bastante parco, y sin muchas ganas de ayudar a resolver dudas o solicitudes. Necesitabamos un taxi para ir del hotel al aeropuerto de madrugada, y nunca pudieron ayudarnos a solucionar el tema

Our room was broken and in poor condition overall. Shower head arm & toilet seat were broken and not fixed until the next day. Same for the safe as well. The carpet had been cut out in pieces and new pieces glued down. The closet door was off the track and resting against the side of the closet up against the wall. Where the wall meets the ceiling has been painted over the wallpaper to try and cover what appears to be mold. The AC temperature is limited, doesn’t go below 22.2*. There is a hole in the wall at the bathroom door frame as well. The staff at check in was unfriendly and not helpful to have the items in the room fixed. Apparently he is the sole worker in the hotel @ 5pm onwards. We asked to have the room changed, early check out with a refund or partial refund and every option/suggestion was declined. The maintenance staff were friendly and tried to assist where possible. The breakfast was different from what we are accustomed to - cold ham or salami with cheese on a dinner roll or croissant. There was jam, honey or Nutella available for the croissant as well. Lots of people were complaining about the coffee. The juice was good! We didn’t try the corn flakes. I would never stay here again and can’t recommend this hotel. There are too many other options available.

Sonderwünsche, natürlich gegen Bezahlung, wurden alle abgelehnt. Meine Freundin hatte Geburtstag. Ich wollte zum Frühstück einfach nur eine Kerze, ein Glas Sekt und den Tisch ein bisschen dekoriert haben. Es wurde alles abgelehnt.
