호텔 다이아나

다이아나(디아나)호텔을 찾아가서 체크인 하는데, 옆 호텔(파나다호텔)로 이동 이 호텔에서 숙박을 해야 한다고 함, 어이가 없어서 이유를 얘기해 달라고 하니 문제가 있다는 말 뿐이었고, 어떠한 친절한 해명이나 얘기가 없었음. 정말 화가나고 기분이 나빴으며, 호텔로 인해 전체적인 베니스의 인상도 좋지 않았음. 다시 가고싶지 않음.

El hotel está situado en un lugar inmejorable! Esta a 1 minuto de la plaza de San Marcos El hotel estaba limpio. Tiene una dinámica rara ya que el servicio de desayuno no se ofrece en el mismo hotel sino en el que está enfrente El personal es bastante parco, y sin muchas ganas de ayudar a resolver dudas o solicitudes. Necesitabamos un taxi para ir del hotel al aeropuerto de madrugada, y nunca pudieron ayudarnos a solucionar el tema

Our room was broken and in poor condition overall. Shower head arm & toilet seat were broken and not fixed until the next day. Same for the safe as well. The carpet had been cut out in pieces and new pieces glued down. The closet door was off the track and resting against the side of the closet up against the wall. Where the wall meets the ceiling has been painted over the wallpaper to try and cover what appears to be mold. The AC temperature is limited, doesn’t go below 22.2*. There is a hole in the wall at the bathroom door frame as well. The staff at check in was unfriendly and not helpful to have the items in the room fixed. Apparently he is the sole worker in the hotel @ 5pm onwards. We asked to have the room changed, early check out with a refund or partial refund and every option/suggestion was declined. The maintenance staff were friendly and tried to assist where possible. The breakfast was different from what we are accustomed to - cold ham or salami with cheese on a dinner roll or croissant. There was jam, honey or Nutella available for the croissant as well. Lots of people were complaining about the coffee. The juice was good! We didn’t try the corn flakes. I would never stay here again and can’t recommend this hotel. There are too many other options available.

Sonderwünsche, natürlich gegen Bezahlung, wurden alle abgelehnt. Meine Freundin hatte Geburtstag. Ich wollte zum Frühstück einfach nur eine Kerze, ein Glas Sekt und den Tisch ein bisschen dekoriert haben. Es wurde alles abgelehnt.

Our room was not ready the place is very old

A receptividade de um dos funcionários da recepção não foi das melhores. Pressa e orientações sem qualquer simpatia e cortesia.

Front desk was rude and dismissive-both at check in and when we called for an inquiry. There was hardened gunk all over the floor. The flusher was in disrepair and fell apart. Everything is old. You cannot shower without wetting the toilet completely and you must contort dangerously to get out of the bath/shower. We aren't picky travelers but this was too much going wrong even for us.

This hotel is all about location. The staff are kind and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and I found the rooms to be clean and in working order. The breakfast was meh. For what we were looking for- a decently comfortable hotel at a (somewhat) reasonable price right near San Marco- it worked perfectly. I would stay here again for that reason.

Ok

We liked the character of the hotel. There was no staff on hand but check in, breakfast and any help we needed was at a hotel right across the street (the Panada hotel). Though the room was clean it did have a bit of a musty smell when we arrived but put that down to the fact there is so much water around and it was raining. Very simple but tasty breakfast of croissants, meat, cheese, coffee and juice.

Lille bitte værelse, hvilket måske er typisk for Venedig, men ingen varme, hundekoldt grundet regn og dårligt vejr. Manglende vedligehold af hotel samt værelse, fugtigt og lugtede af mug alle steder og på selve værelset mange ødelagte ting som hav et dårligt helhedskndtryk

Es un hotel con habitaciones muy amplias la mia con baño propio y muy limpias, el personal muy amable en el check inn y excelentes trato en la hora del desayuno en el mio incluido, un desayuno completo tipo europa, ademas el cuarto tiene un pequeño frigo-bar, un lugar muy centrico y muchas tiendas de comestibles y no a su alrededor

Sehr zentrales Hotel. Allerdings ist das Personal überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Wir habe ein Doppelbett bekommen und fragten nach einem Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten. Dies wurde strikt abgelehnt. So hätten wir das gebucht! Die Frage CDnach dem Bett im Zimmer kann ich mich nicht erinnern. Auf die Frage, ob die Betten im Zimmer denn getrennt werden können, war die Antwort: „Müssen wir morgen mal schauen, würde aber 25 Euro pro Nacht kosten.“ Wir haben die Betten dann selbst auseinander geschoben und fragten nach einem zusätzlichen Bettlacken als Überwurf. Die Antwort war: „Ein Laken muss doch für zwei Personen reichen.“

Excelente localização!!

First of all, it’s an old building and that’s expected from Venice, but the furniture and carpet inside the rooms really need to change. There was some amount of dust which questions whether rooms are properly vacuumed. The bedsheets are clean but I noticed 5 insect bites on my right upper leg in the morning. I know what a mosquito bite looks like so this was not it. The rooms are not sound proof - I could clearly hear the guests in the other room talking. Breakfast was ok.

Pros - housekeeping team good & friendly. Location. Rooms are decent sized. Venetian themed. Mini fridge. Reception next door was friendly. Cons - loud - I could hear everything from the street, hallway everywhere. Room was dark as felt unable to open window. Shower smelt like pee.

Great location!!! Clean room.
