Very lovely place, close to everything we wanted to see and to transportation, wonderful staff!!

I booked this for our week in London in early December of 2024 and the room was great, the location can't be beat really and the staff were so lovely. I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

A lovely little hotel thats a short walk from plenty of sights in London!

Hotel grazioso, comodo per la vicinanza a Victoria. Personale gentile e buona la colazione continentale ma non funzionava il riscaldamento, camera fredda.

First trip to London was made better with our stay at Tophams. Hope to go back soon.

Excellent location and value! Just be aware that the room could be in the basement level. There is nothing wrong about it, but one may not expect that coming from North America.

Quirky, but great value for money!

Beyond! Cecelia was so divine/checked us in early. The hotel is full of charm, a special moment at every turn. Interior design is so well done. Read the rooms were small, but I found them perfect and cozy. A quick walk to Harrids… 10Stars!!! Perfect in every way!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍

Ik heb erg genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel. De locatie is super; vlakbij station, en ook in gezellige buurt met veel winkels, horeca. Het hotel zelf is heel smaakvol ingericht, met veel aandacht voor details. Zie ook foto´s. Zo was er veel kerstversiering, stonden er verse bloemen en waren er cookies op de kamer, voor bij de thee. Ook de kamer zelf was erg stijlvol, evenals het uitzicht! Ontvangst; heel gastvrij, kwaliteit; hoog. Van harte aanbevolen.

Excellent stay and location! Very convenient- easily reachable from Victoria Station. Room is big for London's standards. Water pressure is amazing! Staff are welcoming. Only thing is we can hear the floor creaking above us....

Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms, and almost spacious by London standards. Yea and cookies in the afternoon. Small cozy bar, but closes at 9:30p. Lots of coffee/tea options in the room with plenty of fresh milk restocked every day. Nice continental breakfast, but also a la carte options. Only downside is a la carte breakfast is quite slow. My last day after waiting 45 min for my omelet, and being assured multiple times it would arrive in 3 min, I finally gave up and left.

Great central location and staff

Utrolig dejligt hotel tæt på Victoria station, men i et fredeligt område. Vi havde en skøn weekend - dog er der en smule lydt, så det kræver at hotellets andre gæster tager hensyn til hinanden. Morgenmaden var super lækker og servicen var i top.

Very cozy hotel. Very well-located in walking distance to Chelsea, Kensington and Oxford/Regent etc. High standard. Best recommendation....

Very nice hotel, the rooms are small - but the location makes up for it

Only concern was a very small shower space, but lovely bathtub. The entire staff were excellent. Thank you Jane for all your help! Belgravia is a wonderful area with a short walk to Victoria station and wonderful restaurants!

The hotel has a very cozy vibe. Reminded me of the homestay i used to stay at. So i liked it very much. The room i had didn’t have the best shower but overall it was good and comfy
