Good location reasonable price, quickly reach up to central London

일단 시설이 전체적으로 낡았습니다. 에어콘은 아무리 온도를 낮춰도 전혀 시원해지지가 않고 냉장고는 뜨거운바람이나오고 시설만족도는 정말 완전 아닌것 같습니다.

I did check-in at Double-tree by Hilton Woking hotel which is location in UK, I had a terrible experience that 2 guys came into my room when I was sleeping. I can't believe that this happened at the Hilton family hotel and I haven't heard any information from your customer service center until today.

Great hotel nice friendly staff nice clean room

No working aircon (depending on who you speak to on the front desk) in 90% of the rooms, only the rooms on floor 7 (deluxe) have working aircon, and after only getting 2 hours sleep in our 30 °C temperature room, we finally got one of the rooms with working aircon, after threatening to sleep in reception, the only other place with working aircon in the building. As a bonus of moving rooms, we also got some working lights, so we felt less like moles burrowing towards the molten core of the earth. The staff are polite but powerless, or useless, depending on how you look at it.

Lovely stay here and when we requested extra pillows we had them 5 minutes later, great service from the welcome desk, the young lady went above and beyond to help accommodate us when faced with a parking issue.

The room is spacious and clean.

Staff were very good, especially Viktoriia at initial check-in who was highly professional and gave the warmest of welcomes on arrival. She is a credit to your brand. Had a restful sleep in a well-appointed and comfortable room.

Good size room. Very well maintained. Great bar / restaurant area with some good choice on offer. Rooms weren’t as sound proofed as you’d expect from a modern hotel.

Room was fine, breakfast good, close to train and shops, good parking, in room refreshments could have been far better, but would stay again. Staff all very polite too which was nice.

Terrible stay - first I was given a room with a cott (I don't have children), then the room I was given had noisy neighbors that kept making loud noises throughout the night and on top of that the alarm went off in early morning. We had a terrible sleep and experience
