Good location reasonable price, quickly reach up to central London

일단 시설이 전체적으로 낡았습니다. 에어콘은 아무리 온도를 낮춰도 전혀 시원해지지가 않고 냉장고는 뜨거운바람이나오고 시설만족도는 정말 완전 아닌것 같습니다.

I did check-in at Double-tree by Hilton Woking hotel which is location in UK, I had a terrible experience that 2 guys came into my room when I was sleeping. I can't believe that this happened at the Hilton family hotel and I haven't heard any information from your customer service center until today.

Good size room. Very well maintained. Great bar / restaurant area with some good choice on offer. Rooms weren’t as sound proofed as you’d expect from a modern hotel.

Room was fine, breakfast good, close to train and shops, good parking, in room refreshments could have been far better, but would stay again. Staff all very polite too which was nice.

Rooms are to dark, Breakfasts was cold and not worth the money

Terrible stay - first I was given a room with a cott (I don't have children), then the room I was given had noisy neighbors that kept making loud noises throughout the night and on top of that the alarm went off in early morning. We had a terrible sleep and experience

Great reception. Efficient, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Good sized room and very clean with new towels.

Everything was as I expected ot to be. I had a great stay and would come back again any time!

Everything was okay. The check out clerks Nivin/ Sruthi made it better. Made latte, provided water, cookies and check airport coach time of arrival. They also provided directions on how to get there. All of this made our departure easy.

The comforter in the twin rooms were flimsy and there was only one pillow.
