I liked this great pillow in the hotel to have the best sleep.

Comfortable hotel in a great location close to old Montreal. Good amenities, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the Hammam in the spa and their morning coffee was delicious. Will definitely book again.

Staff were super attentive, made great restaurant suggestions, assisted with Metro needs and were overall engaging and positive at all times.

The place was spotless and the room cleaned within an hour of hanging the card outside the door. Fantastic location as well.

Nice spacious room with character. The bell hops were friendly and extremely helpful. We didn’t find the front desk very friendly. The room was made up daily, however, basically just the bed. Room was not actually cleaned during my four days. Wonderful location.

Hôtel location was perfect, and it had a lot of old charm which was exactly what we were looking for, room was beautiful, and the staff were super nice. Only a few small things, kept it from being perfect, like housekeeping knocking at 830 am, the tub bath stopper not working, our key cards kept deactivating and when we went to order room service and called down 2 times no one answered.

Restaurant had great food.

The concierge, Ricardo, was the best! He helped us coordinate our day trip to Old Quebec and gave us all the info to see all of Montreal.

J’ai séjourné à l’Hôtel Place d’Armes à Montréal et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon expérience. C’est un très bel établissement, élégant et bien entretenu. L’hôtel est propre, calme et idéalement situé dans le Vieux-Montréal, ce qui ajoute énormément au charme du séjour. Le service de valet est exceptionnel et le personnel à la réception est également très professionnel et accueillant. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel, raffinée et chaleureuse à la fois. Le restaurant sur place est un autre point fort qui complète très bien l’expérience. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un excellent hôtel offrant confort, service de qualité et emplacement idéal.

As we arrived @ the hotel Ricardo welcomed us and all 3 days he helped us schedule our tours and places to visit, even helped with Dining Options . Big Thank you to Ricardo and would recommend all my friends and family to stay at this hotel .

I only stay here when traveling to Montreal. The staff from front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant are first rate. Also, the location is perfect.

A great location in a historic building, with beautiful rooms, kind staff and Le Labo soap, what more could you want? Loved our stay for my girlfriend’s birthday.
