I booked and paid for a proper room and VIP access, but I was places in a smaller room and did not receive any VIP perks, not spa discounts as I was promised

Room was great, although a couple of items were in need of repair. Staff were excellent. Room noise was an issue: loud music went late into the night, either from the wedding held in the hotel or from a club nearby (it sounded like it was from inside the hotel). Worse was that the sound of the tv in the next room could be clearly heard, which occurred late at night during our stay. For a hotel of this level and cost I expect better.

Close to Notre Dame Church and many stores, coffee shops, restaurants near the waterfront. Rooms were large and nicely furnished. Restaurant on site was very nice, good food and drinks. The rooftop terrace dining area is great when open. Desk staff and valets efficient and friendly. A shoutout to Ricardo the concierge for his help and attention to our anniversary celebration.

Historic and located next to the Notre Dame Basilica. Walking around the historic Old Town was lovely. The room was basic without any carpeting or rugs on the old wooden floor. Clean, but rough. Great modern shower. Quiet on the side street.

The Staff went above and beyond here! Everyone from Check-in to the concierge to the men opening the doors was friendly. Cute room. We ate at both the Brasserie and Kyo, and both were delicious. This place has a coffee shop right across the street and is situated right next to Notre Dame, so it was very easy to remember where we were. Highly recommend.

The hotel is lovely but there were a few frustrations that ate up valuable time: 1. The internet access did not work and it took 4 calls to get the right sign-in information. Because the front desk was busy, I had to try the concierge who was not as aware of a solution 2. The code for the safe in the room would not work. 3. The bar on the room key was finicky and I had to get a new key On their own these are small things but together it meant instead of being out on my 1 day in this area, I had to spend time trying to get these basic issues handled. The technology needs upgrading.

The staff was amazing. The reception was excellent offering travel tips and very welcoming. The staff at the onsite restaurant was very accommodating wether we were getting just coffee or sit down meal. The Hotel had a lot of Grandeur. The main standout was the concierge who went above and beyond to get us bus tour tickets and walked us to pick up location!!!
