We spent three days exploring Montréal and loved staying at this charming hotel. It is perfectly located to walk to all the main sights. It is modern with all the amenities one expects but it hasn’t lost its soul in a recent renovation. The room was spotless and quite spacious. The staff was very attentive to all our comforts.

Sigh. Wonderful location. Great room and amenities BUT night staff and belldesk need some SERIOUS work. 2 men watched me STRUGGLE with 3 large suitcases and did not offer to assist at all. That bowled me over as a single female traveler. Spa staff wonderful.

Location was great if you want to be in old Montreal. Unfortunately, there were some issues. There is major construction going on across the street from the hotel. We had a lovely room, but at 7 o’clock in the morning, the banging started. The staff kindly moved us to a sensational room in the back of the hotel however, I question whether this could’ve been avoided to begin with. The staff was very friendly however I requested a kettle/tea set be sent to the room. It took over 3 hours (and several calls) to get the just kettle. (They didn’t bring any tea or cups that could hold hot water.) There were a few other issues with service. But overall for the price and the location, we were happy with our stay.

I was attending a conference, whose amenities were faairly restricted (probably by the prices charged). But the closing banquet meal was excellent. Beds very comfortable and the wifi bandwidth was excellent.
