Second time of staying at this hotel for a concert at the o2. Faultless. Very smooth check-in. Staff who we encountered throughout were all lovely.
Will be my go to place to stay any time I visit the o2.

The TV connections to stream my device didn't work - the most annoying part of the stay

rooms are ok. However here are the issues:
- TV lacking international channels and streaming apps
- mattress very weird and not comfortable
- bathroom sink faucet so small you barely have 4cm to pass your hands... ridiculous.
