차를 렌트해서 스페인 여행을 하시는 분이라면 싼 가격에 훌륭한 시설이나 마드리드 시내와 너무 멀리떨어져 있어요

Excellent but the shower water very small.

Staff was great. A little off the beaten path. Didn’t realize it was that far distance out of Madrid. No food or restaurants nearby. A mile to train station also. Rooms were clean.

In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)

La stanza era al minimo. Nemmeno la bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto o la possibilità di farsi un caffè in camera(Hotel 4*). Si poteva fare il caffè alla macchinetta in lobby pagando con carta di credito...

Great hotel close to padel club for my training, I will book here again when I return

The good; breakfast. Very nice. The bad; Sound isolation is non-existent - especially the door out to the hallway. Also; Poor English even in reception (Except for one guy). The ugly; Cleaning personell stole money. I had 30 euros in a see through mesh pocket with zipper inside my travelling bag. The bag was on my room the entire stay. I don't know which day it was stolen, but I realised it the evening my last day when packing. I reported it as I was 100% sure I hadn't used/misplaced them. This was a Friday, so management was not back until Monday I was told. But monday came and the whole week gone - they did not contact me at all. Only 30 euros, but still. Not professional.
