주위에 새소리도 좋았고 분수대와 나무들, 조경이 잘 이루어진 아름다운 호텔이었다. 해리포터 스튜디오 튜어를 위해 이 호텔을 선택했는데 탁월한 선택!!! 해리포토 스튜디오에 도보로 가기에도 무리가없었고 20분 거리 정도에 맛집 레스토랑과 마켓이 있어 음료수와 식사는 잘 해결할 수 있었다. 해리포토 스튜디오 튜어를 위한다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다.^^

Lovely hotel grounds are lovely staff were helpful and polite rooms had all the essentials needed. Hotel was peaceful enjoyed gaving breakfast. Bar was nice good drinks selection. Great location for the warner brothers harry potter studio tour.

The hotel room was clean with all the essentials. However, the walls were cracking, there were marks on the walls, and I could hear every noise. I booked a suite, but it was unavailable due to maintenance issues. I received a dinner credit, but the food was awful with very little selection. The bartender was bordering on rude. I would not stay here again.

Staff were lovely and friendly, the hotel was absolutely stunning with beautiful gardens. Really good value for money and had a wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful giving us advice for travelling into the city. We arrived at 11 after driving from Manchester and there were quite a few parking spaces available. 10/10

Our stay included myself (39F) and my son (9). Upon arrival all the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was ready on time. Everything was clean and felt welcoming. We were out for the evening meal, but at reception they asked so they would be able to be ok us a table if needed. We did book in for breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and my son and I had a good night sleep. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning. Checkout was very simple and staff were once again extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

A great property that is beautiful from the outside and lobby/corridors. With small but tidy rooms. Sadly marred by the surly and unfriendly attitude of the reception staff. Who acted like they were too important to be there and made us wait for ages. Then on going down towel under arm not ten minutes later, only found out the pool needed signing in and was now at capacity by overhearing a conversation, after we had clearly said we wanted to use it and not been informed at the time. Was awoken early the next morning by a member of staff hoovering a marble floor (?) and seemingly making as much noise as physically possible. It's a shame as otherwise it's a great place to stay.

The room was lovely and food in the restaurant exceptional. The bar was very understaffed and we waited quite a while to be served as no one was manning the bar, then waited again for drinks to be brought to our table.

The property was in a perfect location for Warner Brothers studio tour. Good price. Room was comfortable with tea, TV etc. Stunning grounds to walk round in a beautiful setting. Needs a bit of TLC though. Lots of scratched and paint marks down the corridors, walls and doors.

Checking in was a disaster. Arrived for 3pm which is check in time, room wasn’t ready. We had to be somewhere for 3:30pm so had to aboert check in & do this around 9pm. Need more staff when it’s busy so rooms are ready on time

The hotel is a mixed bag. The main building is grand and impressive, but mostly used for events and the bar. The rest of the hotel is tired in places. Our room was supposed to have air conditioning, but the "air conditioning unit" was only a fan with no capability to cool the air. Upon broaching the subject with reception staff I was asked to "just open a window" which was not the answer I was looking for. I requested a desk fan which they told me they'd look into providing. But never received one. It wasn't even a hot day, but the room was stifling. And strangely the radiators in the corridors were all set to full power. Our bedroom shower room had signs of mould on the ceiling and had a musty smell upon entering it. The hotel pool is a nice benefit, but again is in need of repair, the ceiling is damaged and the changing rooms are poorly presented. Breakfast was good quality and mostly well stocked, the staff were helpful when called upon. The grounds of the hotel are large and could be a real asset but unfortunately are also neglected. The best parts of the hotel are lovely. But the worst parts drag the rest of it down.

Great service at reception, warm welcoming and friendly, topped off with an upgrade to a suite!

Absolutely disgusted. We called to inform the hotel that one of the guests staying in one of the 2 rooms booked, had died and we were still charged the full total.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good with overhead and stick shower options. Breakfast had a good selection.

Loved our weekend away! Staff were polite and the facilities were great! Big shout out to the bar manager. He made us some great cocktails. Would book again!

No toilet roll in the bedroom Staff were told multiple times and each time we were told it would be put there. We had to use packets of tissues

Lovely property and gardens, staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was good quality and would recommend.
