헌턴 파크 호텔

주위에 새소리도 좋았고 분수대와 나무들, 조경이 잘 이루어진 아름다운 호텔이었다. 해리포터 스튜디오 튜어를 위해 이 호텔을 선택했는데 탁월한 선택!!! 해리포토 스튜디오에 도보로 가기에도 무리가없었고 20분 거리 정도에 맛집 레스토랑과 마켓이 있어 음료수와 식사는 잘 해결할 수 있었다. 해리포토 스튜디오 튜어를 위한다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다.^^

Staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms should state in an annex not the main building. I thought I was staying in the Manor House which I would consider the main building. Quite misleading. If you are looking for old world charm it’s not in the annex.

La chambre n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. Nous avions vu des photos qui n'étaient pas en adéquation avec la réalité sur place. La piscine est abandonnée. Le plafond s'effondre... Cet hôtel a besoin de travaux.

The pool ceiling needs repairing. Would have been helpful to know in advance about pool availability due to closure for swimming lessons. Very good value breakfast with good choices. Would stay again.

Poor lighting in superior room as was there for an event really struggled to put make up on right as did my partner when he had to trim his beard into shape. Same for the bathroom lighting. Room could have done with another mirror in another place. Not great choice of hotel food menu. Bed not big enough for 2 grown adults especially if adult size are not petite.

The hotel was amazing and the room was spectacular. I will definitely return and book again.

Room very small and located on top floor., no lift ! Room signage /directions poor Single beds - narrow. Tap in the bathroom leaked when turned on. No bottled water in the room.

No Bathroom door rotten due to shower overflowing.

Online description of hotel was misleading- bathroom needed some tlc

The room was clean and the bathroom although it needed some minor maintence to the basin tap (wear and tear problem). The staff were very freindly and helpful We had a bar snack in the evening which was good ad was breakfast. Overall very good value so very happy with the experience. As others have said, the promotional picture does give the impression that you will be staying in a grand old bulding so this is misleading, as the hotel block is modern and not attached to the old building.

I was surprised this is considered a 4* hotel. Conditions okay but basically the same as a premier inn; I was hoping for better for the price. We asked for a refund for our breakfast as avocado on toast and a mushroom omelette took over half an hour to come out and when it did it was cold. The coffee machine was only working intermittently and the quality of the coffee wasn’t great. The pool itself was lovely but generally all the decor was quite tired and shabby

Lovely, enjoyed our brief stay, staff were all very friendly, breakfast was great and good for accommodating gluten free, would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends who are also looking for a hotel in the same area.

staff were absolutely fantastic

The hotel stay was fine as I was at the hotel for a conference. The breakfast was very limited and not the most enjoyable. I had the Turkey Christmas meal for my evening meal and it was very processed and not very good. The chairs in the restaurant were covered in stains which was very of putting. In the evening we found the bar area to be very limited and this caused people to splinter off. The rooms are adequate if not a bit small but the walls are so thin you can hear the Tv in the room either side and at one point I thought someone standing in the corridor was actually in my room.

A wonderful stay and a place we will definitely re-visit. My youngest has autism and often struggles in unfamiliar environments, but the suite we had was calming, clean and large. The restaurant and breakfast were lovely. A nice relaxing break after a busy morning of walking around the Warner Bros studios

The room was spotless and the staff were kind, helpful and professional.

I am a vegetarian. I ordered veggie sausages for my breakfast. I waited 20 mins before asking for them, only to be told they forgot. I wouldn't have been annoyed if there had been many people in the restaurant, but I was 1 of 3! The radiator in the bathroom was not working as well, so that was a little annoying. The stay at the hotel was disappointing this time. Usually a lot better!
