괜찮았지만 폭포뷰는 아니었습니다

숙박시설에 체크인 전 몇일전에 20불이 청구되었습니다. 청구된후 체크인당시 20불에 대해 물어보았더니 그냥 신용카드가 제대로 작동되는지 알아보는 금액이라고 했습니다. 여행 다녀온지 20일이 넘었는데 아직 20불은 돌려받지 못하고 있습니다. 20불은 돌려받지 못했지만 호텔 상태는 아주 만족합니다. 나이아가라 폭포랑 가까워 가성비 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다.

Pillow case had mold on it, not safe for children.

The check-in was smooth, and the staff provided us each with a warm cookie before we headed up to our room. Found the room to be very tidy and clean, I always check for pests and not only were NONE found but even the areas I routinely check had no significant dust or cobwebs (wall and floor area at the head of the beds, behind the headboards, etc.). Quite impressed and will stay here again I’m sure.

Overall, the property was good, very clean, well-maintained, and featured upscale facilities that gave it a luxurious feel. I’m giving four stars instead of five due to the mini fridge in our room, which was extremely loud when cycling on. Unfortunately, it disrupted our sleep several times throughout the night. I was also a bit surprised that parking wasn’t included in the room rate, though I understand that’s fairly common at many hotels now.

The view from the room was nice. Check in/out were smooth and easy. Excellent experience overall.

From the decor, to the in-house restaurant, the spa services & po – everything was outstanding. Cleanliness, appearance, and most importantly, the views of the Falls made my stay especially wonderful.

Convenient location, upstairs restaurant was very good. Very well run, staff delightful and easy going, mad a great effort to engage with customer. Food was outstanding, great portions and middle of the road pricing for food and drinks. Had to ask for room to be cleaned which was attended to promptly. On the whole great location, good stay, a little pricy for parking.

Property is great we’ve stayed here many time and always has been good.

Bed sucked.. room was hot!! They did NOT have free breakfast! They surrounding area was over priced food! Pool was nice.. i would not stay again!

Clean and functional rooms. Very comfortable beds. Spacious double room. Location set back a little from the Main Street so quieter. 10-15 mins walk to both the falls or Clifton Hill. On-site Starbucks open all day. Free water fountain available next to the gym but this is closed at night which means we couldnt access to refill bottles. Though There was an ice machine and vending machine available on our floors. There is a Restaurant on site which did a delicious Al a carte breakfast and it was excellent service. The communal restrooms were not as clean as they could have been. Overall a really good hotel and we would stay here again.
