괜찮았지만 폭포뷰는 아니었습니다

숙박시설에 체크인 전 몇일전에 20불이 청구되었습니다. 청구된후 체크인당시 20불에 대해 물어보았더니 그냥 신용카드가 제대로 작동되는지 알아보는 금액이라고 했습니다. 여행 다녀온지 20일이 넘었는데 아직 20불은 돌려받지 못하고 있습니다. 20불은 돌려받지 못했지만 호텔 상태는 아주 만족합니다. 나이아가라 폭포랑 가까워 가성비 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다.

Great spacious room

Always an Excellent Hotel to Stay at.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The staff very nice and helpful. The bartender at the Moose and the Squirrel he was super nice and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, not the best! We will stay there again, maybe just not eat there.

We always stay here usually try for the junior suit , but a last min with the kids trip and went with just a spacious 2 queen room and surprisingly very large and comfortable. Always great service stayed here 5+ times not one complaint ever.

Room is clean, spacious,bed is firm and comfort but there is no shower cap and other small suppliers needed

Beautiful, warm, welcoming front lobby. Staff were very friendly. The room was adequate for a one night stay. Pool was a little chilly. Hot tub was great! Great location. Easy walk to the falls, OLG casino/stage and restaurants. Buchanan’s restaurant was very good. Our server was wonderful.

Hospitality was amazing

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and accommodating to our various work and relaxation needs. The view was exceptional. Most importantly, all the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. If I can be critical of one thing, it is that the photos don't do the hotel justice; it was beautiful!

Great location with a decent view of the falls. Amazing architecture with ample parking spots. Decent price and well equipped rooms. Rooms are spotless. Very courteous and friendly staffs
