괜찮았지만 폭포뷰는 아니었습니다

숙박시설에 체크인 전 몇일전에 20불이 청구되었습니다. 청구된후 체크인당시 20불에 대해 물어보았더니 그냥 신용카드가 제대로 작동되는지 알아보는 금액이라고 했습니다. 여행 다녀온지 20일이 넘었는데 아직 20불은 돌려받지 못하고 있습니다. 20불은 돌려받지 못했지만 호텔 상태는 아주 만족합니다. 나이아가라 폭포랑 가까워 가성비 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다.

Amazing pool and lovely spa for massages.

Very comfortable stay. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. Great view of the Falls.

Clean, spacious room. The hotel itself was great and we really made use of the amenities. Also got massages at the spa and they were fantastic. Great service all around!

Decent rooms but they’re cutting corners now. Upon entry / they closed off the automatic doors at the front to save money on heating and have no automatic door opening capability, no daily housekeeping, pool closed “for maintenance” even though I called a week ago to specifically ask if it would be open for our booking. 35-50/night plus tax parking not mentioned when booking. Also they were holding a private event which meant there were security officers staying outside specific doors on our floor. This would have been nice to communicate the reason why — as we are visiting with our little ones and wondering what could be happening. Sigh. Just book a more value friendly option cause you’re not getting better here.

After being hit with a hefty unexpected parking charge not mentioned in the ‘details’, and a higher security deposit than mentioned - I would not book this hotel again. The gym was not as clean as one would expect, and the hotel overall wasn’t very impressive..

Our stay was extremely comfortable. We were upgraded to a higher floor with view of the falls which was lovely. The room was immaculate and the staff were super helpful and friendly. It was our first stay there but will not be our last!
