괜찮았지만 폭포뷰는 아니었습니다

숙박시설에 체크인 전 몇일전에 20불이 청구되었습니다. 청구된후 체크인당시 20불에 대해 물어보았더니 그냥 신용카드가 제대로 작동되는지 알아보는 금액이라고 했습니다. 여행 다녀온지 20일이 넘었는데 아직 20불은 돌려받지 못하고 있습니다. 20불은 돌려받지 못했지만 호텔 상태는 아주 만족합니다. 나이아가라 폭포랑 가까워 가성비 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다.

Staff are really nice especially the Filipino staff at the bar.

Very nice customer service however rooms were outdated but clean. Swimming facility over chlorinated and change rooms were not clean.

2 night stay was excellent - staff were extremely friendly and constantly checked-in along our stay. Would certainly recommend.

Who was good it was good good good

Overall hotel is very nice and clean. Reception personal welcomed us highly professional, check in/out was quick and easy. Room clean, bright, with everything what you need during your stay. Our room was on 11 floor and had a beautiful view on Niagara River, Skylon Tower and Clifton Hill. Housekeeping personnel cleaned room while we were out, replaced everything in the room. We have been always asked if we need anything during our stay. The only negative thing about our stay, that hotel management should be more transparent about housing long term events and guest with kids who run around hotel, swim in the pool without proper supervision. We came also with child and understanding when kids around. But pool area and hot tub wasn't in good condition, was very noisy for enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again if hotel will be in more quiet state.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was a bit dated and had some stains on the walls and couch.

Overall our stay met it's purpose but a few things definitely worth noting about our couple night stay at this hotel: - there was an almost absurd amount of security guards patrolling the main lobby area at all times of the day, was borderline alarming/comical to be honest. Made us wonder what kind of a hotel/area we booked ourselves in. Just came from a hotel in downtown Toronto the night before and they didn't even have one security guard...never mind the 10 security guards circling around watching you drink coffee in the lobby at 6:00am here. - hotel elevators were routinely littered with chip bags, sticky floors, etc - room itself was nice though the weird sliding window separating the bed from the bathroom was odd. Turning the bathroom light on brought an immense amount of light into sleeping area, which on top of the noise of sink/toilet/shower not being adequately buffered was kind of disruptive to those not yet awake. Otherwise, property is close enough walking distance to most attractions in the vicinity (the falls, Clifton Hill) though should also note not quite on the Wego bus route. We can't envision ever traveling back to the Niagara Falls area but if we did would most likely look into another hotel option.

Beautiful pool area and hot tub. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel staff were nice. However it appears that this hotel is being used as a government housing. There are many security guards on site and unfortunately we were victim to these guards. On 3 occassions, my mother was approached and asked why she was sitting in the lobby. I was just parking my car and to receive that kind of harassment was totally unnecessary. Especially for a paying customer. I wouldn't go back to this location considering this was never disclosed to us. And I didn't appreciate the disrespect from the security team. My Mom was simply sitting on the couch.

Was not impressed with lice treatment sign posted by elevator and security guards on each floor rather concerning.

Lobby should be dusted. Sitting with some friends and the automatic air freshener kept blowing in our area and was strong. Needed to move. Beds were comfortable but hotel was showing signs of wear and tear.

Clean, renovated, great view of US falls. Excellent pool . Only improvement - can offer more variety in onsite coffee shop.

The room was clean. They do not have adult pool hours, so if you don't want to be bombarded by children, go early in the morning. My husband left something in the closet. When I called the hotel, no one got back to me. When he texted the prompt we had received while staying there, someone did get back to him saying they couldn't find the item. We are disappointed that the staff do not clean well enough that it wasn't found.

The bath was old and rusty

Just wish the pool was warm a bit
