The property was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the bed the mattress was too firm. But overall the trip was on point.

The stay overall was great. Check-in was a took 35 minutes due to only 2 staff checking in guests and a lengthy line. When I tried to order food to the room, b/c we no longer had time to go for a meal before a concert, I discovered the phone in our room did not work. I was able to just go down and order, so not a big deal. Just a little thing. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Kids (teens) loved the pool area.

The Hotel was very close to the falls. We had a view of the falls. It was walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and other fun activities like the zip line and tunnel. Great location.

I have travelled a great deal and my experience with the Double Tree was wonderful. The Doubletree Fallsview was not only spectacular with the view from the 19th floor, but I was so impressed with all that helped me at the front desk. I would like express my many thanks to Safi at the front desk. He was so kind and friendly. He was so helpful with my WiFi issues. My experience with the Buchanen Restaurant was also very good.
