DoubleTree Fallsview Resort and Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls

The room was not ready after we checked in and we had to wait for it. This is unacceptable. Also the room smelled like smoke. After check out they never asked how our stay was. This was our second time staying at this hotel. Last year we had a better experience than this year.

Second visit at this hotel. It’s in quiet area but walkable to get to attractions. Staff was friendly and rooms were great.

Nice place and close to falls if you are willing to walk about 1 mile.

When we checked in, there was a noisy child in the room next door. We spoke with the front desk about changing rooms, and although they first mentioned the hotel was fully booked, they kindly found us a different room after some discussion. We really appreciated their help in making our stay more comfortable.

Property was great. City view is nice. Not close enough to see the falls but i didn’t book it for that. The place was perfect for my family and myself. I would go again.

Staff and stay was great internet access room nice and clean

Starbucks in the lobby is a AAA for this hotel, rooms and bed was really clean. Over all had a good time, impressed by the property.

Great hotel, loved our stay.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was clean, quiet and check-in/check out was easy. The swimming pool was a nice treat for my kids. The walk to Clifton hill is about 10+ minutes, definitely convenient location, while being slightly away from the heart of the excitement. The Aveda spa was closed the one evening & day we were there, but I had been at the spa about 15 years ago and remember loving the experience! I would have tried to book a massage again, if it were open. Our suite was facing the “river” and it was lovely to see the water in the distance and the Skywheel at night. I imagine you would be able to see the nightly fireworks quite well, though at quite a distance back. We walked down to the falls and watched from across the street. The hotel was lovely, I would definitely stay there again!
