The front desk and restaurant staff went above and beyond. The pool was very clorinated andnitnwould sting your eyes to be in thebpool or hot tub for more than a few mins.

My biggest and only complaint is being overcharged to park at the hotel. The parking price per day is gauging of customers and not even close to the casinos. This year seems to be the worst as I have gone many times only to see it go up to a ridiculous amount.

The room was clean, the cleaning lady was very friendly and warm! The main restaurant was closed the entire week i was there so didnt get to experience it nor use my coupon i was given. The front desk agents were mid.... hardly offered any suggestions or information. Felt very alone there as a solo traveler. Would not recommend for solo travelers. Spa was also very average. Location was great!

No robe no slippers mediocre amenities and everything

Heating/ cooling thermostat was not working. The system is dated. Need upgrade.

No wifi room was clean overwhelming amount of security guards on site.

The staff was exceptional at the hotel . I am disabled and they were very helpful and gave us free parking at the front of the hotel . The bellhop upon arriving was so kind and considerate. Would definitely go back in a minute . Room and view were spectacular. Thank you !!

We were treated great by the staff, the view of the falls was perfect and there's a nice little coffee shop for our early morning treats!

The hot was very small and there was no continental breakfast. The staff were not very kind we add an extra night to our stay and they where not very happy about it and made us feel like we were a burden to them .

Room was great size. The pool was very nice. Hotel lobby was really pretty.

Do not book a room here. There are displaced indigenous people staying here who are sick from water contamination in their homelands. For everyone's sake, book your stay elsewhere. Had we known this was the current situation at this hotel, we would have booked elsewhere. Both my 7 year old daughter and husband contracted a stomach virus while staying here Sunday-Thursday. I thought it was food poisoning, but when I went down to the lobby to work tonight, a young child projectile vomited on the floor in front of me. After further research, I found numerous reports of other travelers / visitors who also contracted an identical stomach illness during their stay at this hotel. Do yourself, the displaced, and your family a favor- find somewhere else to stay in Niagara. They need this place more than you do.
